Anna's mind raced as she tried to come up with a plan. She knew she couldn't do this alone, but who could she trust? That's when she heard a voice in her head, one that wasn't her own."Follow my lead," the voice said.Anna looked around, but there was no one there. Then she felt a hand on her shoulder, and she turned to see a man standing behind her. He was tall and lean, with piercing blue eyes and a scar above his left eyebrow."Who are you?" Anna asked."I'm part of the resistance," the man said. "We've been watching you, waiting for the right moment to make our move."Anna didn't know what to think. She had heard of the resistance, but she never thought she would actually meet them. The man led her through a maze of corridors, avoiding the guards and surveillance cameras."We have a safe house not far from here," he said. "You'll be safe there."Anna followed him, her mind still reeling from the effects of the serum. But as they reached the safe house, she felt a sense of calm wash over her. For the first time since the experiment, she felt like herself again.
