Allison's POV

"First things first, we worry about all this bullshit drama after we do what we came here for, find this dumb safe and give Ashton the money." I said.

Its been about an hour since Ashton brought me back to the hotel and disappeared with Adam.

Calum is sitting on one of the comfy hotel beds, I'm standing in the middle of the room, and Luke is leaning against the wall by the door.

"Luke and I did some thinking, and we have a plan. But we need your full cooperation for it to work." Calum said.

"Ok...so what's the plan?" I asked anxious to find out this plan that these two idiots needed me for, and happy we are actually getting some order around here.

"We can't discuss it here." He looked at me seriously, with a hint of an expression I couldn't quite read.

"Well, why not?" I asked confused.

Calum bursted out laughing. "Have you met Ashton Irwin. Hes been in this room. Dont you think he was smart enough to place a mic in here."

Ok that makes sense.

"And to think you dated him, you should know him best." Luke butted in.

At that Calum tensed up and I froze. Being brought back to the moment Ashton found me at my parents lake house. The proximity of his face from mine, the words he spoke, his warm breath on my skin...

"Why so scared now? Its not like we haven't been closer."

"Ok, about the plan," Luke clapped trying to break the awkward situation he created.

Idiot.

"Yeah. Let's go." Calum stood and walked out the door.

"Idiot." I muttered as I walked past Luke. He just put his hands up in surrender and tried to stifle a laugh.

After an hour of laughs, food fights, and talking, we finally had our plan mapped out. Now we just need some recruits, and we know just the people.
"Luke, you and Allison go get the supplies we need and I'll start calling people."

"Ok." Luke and I said in unison, and with that we all split, Luke and I one way, Calum the other.

Luke's Pov

*In the store*

"Ok, duct tape, walkie talkies, black outfit for me, you, and Calum, rope,... What are we missing?" Allison asked.

Ever since i overheard a conversation Calum had, I've been kinda on edge. I don't want Allison to get hurt, besides all the crap that's been happening I really care about her.

"Can I ask you something?" I asked.

"You kind of just did haha. What?" She smiled. Its been a while since I've seen her smile.

"Do you trust me?" I looked deep into her eyes now.

She put her head down and I could see the smile fade away. After a few moments of silence I thought she was never going to reply, until she finally spoke. And trust me I was surprised with her response.

"Yes. I trust you Luke." She stared right into my eyes and said it as blunt as that, then walked to the check out aisle.

"No, I'm serious. I really need you to answer this truthfully." I said trying to catch up to her in the parking lot. Man can this girl walk fast.

"And I answered truthfully, Luke. I trust you." She stopped.

"Well then, we need to talk about Calum." I said getting even more serious.

"What about Calum?" She asked, and I could tell she was getting worried.

"Well, you know how he works for Ashton?"

"No! He's been helping me since this all started, plus according to plan even if he did he's done with Ashton, remember? As soon as we figure out where the safe is and the password we take the money and go." She rolled her eyes.

"Exactly my point! Don't you think Ashton's a little smarter than to let you get away? And Calum knows that." This caught her attention and I could see it got her thinking, but I could tell she wasn't for sure going to turn on Calum yet.

"Plus, before Ashton brought you back to the hotel..." I started not sure if I should tell her.

"Luke," her wide eyes right on me.
"What happened"?

"Well, I overheard him on the phone...with Amanda, and from the sound of it they've planned every single thing that's happened along with Ashton, except for your short dissapearence. This means the whole you and I thing, what happened at the park, the warehouse you were in, you bringing Calum to California... All of it. Its like they knew what you'd do up until this point. Now, they just need you to lead them to the safe, and since they believe you trust Calum, he's going to be their spy, telling them your every move. And after you lead them to the safe, who knows what will happen to you after." I finished.

She stood there, dumbfounded. I thought she would never say anything, but eventually she did.

"Let's go." And she walked off, me trailing right behind her.

"Where are we going?" I asked still trying to catch up to her fast moving feet.

"To my family's lake house, I need to ask someone a question."
