first time writing in a while just remember that! Probably going to be short sorry in advance! but here's the first one, for carl

"hey y/n!" the tall brunette boy shouted as you were walking away, you'd been ignoring him recently all because of those stupid feelings you've encountered for him.
"y/n?" he asked as you were still walking away. you felt bad for ignoring him, but every time you let someone close they've died. you didn't want to lose Carl even if it meant ignoring him all day for the rest of your life.

*Carls pov:*
"i don't know dad. she just keeps ignoring me, acts like i don't exist" I was telling my dad about my problems, something i swore I'd never do since he has so much to worry about. but this darn girl she has me going crazy, i really love y/n and I need her to know that but she won't stop ignoring me.
"well son, give her time she should come around." My dad said bouncing my baby sister up and down
"give her time?" I questioned, that's like giving this shit world time to change. it never will.
"yes, give her time. she's gotta come around eventually" he said clearly done with this conversation
"Dad I can't just let her ignore me."
"Okay you know what? since your so worried about it, I'll talk to her for you. Here take judith" he said handing me my sister
"Thank you dad."

*your pov*

"hey there y/n, got a second?" i heard rick as from behind me
"Sure what's up?"
"that's my exact question to you. What's up? Why are you ignoring Carl?"
oh no. he went to his dad about it? this is exactly what I didn't want to happen, I can't lose him. More importantly I can't have Rick mad because I'm ignoring his son, I'll be honest what do I have to lose right?
"well uh-" I fumbled over my words having no idea how to put this
"Go ahead, spit it out sport" rick said growing inpatient
"i like Carl" I said quickly but loud enough for him to hear, next thing I know Rick was walking away without saying a single word and then Carl appeared. oh shit. he heard didn't he?
"I like you too y/n."  Carl said
"no no, you can't. you can't Carl."
"why can't I?"
"because, everyone i love dies. you can't die Carl."
"y/n, im not gonna die. im not going anywhere i promise."
"Carl-" suddenly I was cut off from his lips crashing onto mine. his dad was gone and no one else was in the cell with us, i smiled into the kiss. god I've wanted this for so long, but what if he gets hurt? what if he dies? what if Rick blames me. all the what if's filled my head I didn't even realize he was talking.
"y/n? hello y/n?"
"sorry, what did you say?"
"so do you want to be my girlfriend or what?"
"i uh-" he cut me off again only this time it wasn't a kiss. it was a hug.
"you won't lose me, i promise. just say yes unless you don't want too than say no."
"Carl you can't promise that."
"i can and i did. now answer me please"
"yes. but if anything happens to you-" again cut me off, man is he rude.
"Y/n nothing will happen to me, or even you for that sake. im gonna be with you at all times okay? i promise."
"you better promise."
" i do." he extended his pinky out and so did I, locking pinkies we pinky swore we'd never leave each others side.
