7. glenn/rick

this is inspired by @tatiwashere21 !! basically a part 2 for the glenn one but skipping the whole line up. and you end up w rick! sorry if that's confusing 😭

he killed your best friend, and your boyfriend. you hated him and no matter what, he had to pay. no one knew you were pregnant other than glenn. and now he's gone. rick had said it's better not to get revenge or things will be worse but you didn't care, and nothing was going to stop you.

a few weeks had passed and you could tell you were starting to get a bump from the pregnancy but you still kept it pretty well hidden, daryl had checked up on you a few times and you'd thought about telling him but decided not too. today was the day you were leaving. you packed some food and water for a few days because you thought you might be back but even if you didn't return, you could find food somewhere somehow. you had a pistol and knife with you as you walked to the gate rick stopped you.

"y/n? where ya going?" he asked
"im gonna kill him." you said coldly not caring who knew
"negan? y/n-" you cut him off
"save it rick, nothing can stop me, not you, not carl, not maggie and not Daryl. none of you."
"your making the wrong choice" you started walking away and Rick grabbed your wrist
"let go of me right now." you said looking into his eyes
"y/n if you walk out of that gate, there's no coming back." he said letting go of you
"seriously rick? After everything-" he cut you off
"nothing personal. you just can't put my family in danger." he said and you scoffed walking closer to the gate but before you walk out you yell "fuck you grimes" and that was the last time alexandria ever saw you.

about 8 months had passed, you knew soon the baby was coming and you had no idea what to do. you had a small camp set up about 2 miles from negans "sanctuary". you hadn't met anyone new so you were alone. you'd done good so far, perfecting your plan to take negan out today was the day. or so you thought. after you had breakfast you went to take a quick walk to check the perimeter of negans place when suddenly you felt a sharp pain in your stomach and water running down your leg. the baby was coming and it was not gonna wait for you to take your shot at negan.

a few hours passed and you had your baby, you had set up a cardboard box with a blanket and a pillow in it for your baby and decided to go down to a near by stream to get some water to clean him up. you covered the baby with a blanket and left, you had cans strung up around your camp so you'd know if a Walker was close. you named your son glenn after his father, which he'll never know because of negan.

rick and daryl had gone on a run and ended up close to the sanctuary of negans then suddenly they heard a baby crying. they discovered a small camp set up and carefully crossed the barbwire can setup to pick up the baby. you had heard the strangers at your camp and decided to hide behind a tree and watch them, once you saw them pick glenn jr up your heart sunk. the taller one with grey facial hair picked him up and started rocking him the other greasy looking motorcycle dude looked around your camp. you wondered what they wanted and who they were so you raised your gun up and showed yourself.

"hands up" you said pointing the gun at the 2 unknown strangers.
"hey woah, take it easy" the one with grey facial hair said
"give me my son." you said reaching for him, he obeyed and stepped back
"what're ya doin our here" the other guy said
"none of your business. now who are you and what do you want."
"we didn't mean any trouble, you see you could come back with us-" suddenly everything he was saying went blank and you recognized both of their voices, their bodies and their looks. could it really be them? rick and daryl?

okay ik it could be longer HOWEVER ITS NOT FINISHED YET! im just going to make a pt 3 bc i feel like I'm rushing this and i don't mean too. but kinda leaving it off on a cliffhanger - lex!
