It's been a month since our hike. Rhys calls me to ask me out  on a date. I know technically any time we've hung out could be considered a date, but I know by doing this he's intentionally trying to "evolve our relationship" in the words of Troy Dyer.
"I don't know, Rhys." I say sitting in the parking lot of my work. "What are the expectations?"
"There are no expectations, Sarah. You get to determine how fast or slow this goes. I'm just trying to spend time with you and show you I'm serious about pursuing you."
I sigh. "Ok. No physical stuff, ok?"
   "Heard." He says.
  "Ok, then." I say
"Ok, then." I hear the smile in his voice.
