I'm getting pretty tired of this story so I had to just make a quick ending. For some reason, I just don't like this one anymore. But I wasn't going to just stop it because I hate when I'm reading something and I really like it and then the author just stops updating. So here's the final chapter (not including the epilogue which I'll post in just a second). Enjoy! (;

“She was magnificent.” Kaiden told Joshua, Malachi and Court as he looked at me fondly. There was a glint of something in his eyes.
I looked Court, trying to ignore Kaiden so I wouldn’t blush. He’d been telling Joshua and Court about what had happened. Malachi already knew since Kaiden had told him right away and he’d been there for most of it, anyway.
Court looked a little older than Kaiden but they shared some features. They had the same hair color and they had the same eye color. There was also something about his face, or maybe it was just the expressions he wore, that reminded me strikingly of Kaiden. I’d never met any of Kaiden’s brothers before this. I’d had the image of a younger Charles in my head every time I had thought of them. Court, however, didn’t look at all like Charles, though a little like Rose.
It was Malachi’s turn to clear his throat now. “So, as you may remember, Celia. We had a deal.” I stared at him in confusion. “If you ripped, spilled something on or ruined my DGD shirt in anyway, I’d kill you. Since that seems slightly harsh in light of the present situation, I’ll just make you buy me a new one.” He reached towards me to poke me in the side and a squealed and moved away. Everyone laughed.
I stuck my tongue out, hiding behind Kaiden slightly. “It’s not my fault! Besides, I’m sure if you look in Charles’ room you can find it somewhere.”
Malachi looked at me in shock and Kaiden clenched his fists. I clamped my mouth shut, suddenly aware that we hadn’t discussed what Charles had done to me. For some reason, I wasn’t all that messed up by it.
I was glad it was over and all, but I wasn’t really scared any more. Being with Kaiden made me feel safe again.
I was still sad, though. There was a celebration going on, but at the same time, there was a mourning. It wasn’t the same for the others as it was for me and Court. No one had known Abigail. Kaiden had been the only other one to meet her. Kaiden and all his brothers had met her but only Court really ever got to know her or paid any attention to her. They’d become good friends before Court had left the house, a couple years back.
Abigail had been so mistreated by Charles, locked away all her life. She’d never really gotten to see the world and she’d been so kind. It just wasn’t fair.
Kaiden caught my expression. “At least she made a friend.” He said quietly. I couldn’t help but smile at him, glad that he was here despite my sadness for Abigail.
Joshua spoke up for the first time. “We need to discuss what happens now.” He said. Almost immediately after he spoke, Joshua’s parents came in with Ariana and Sam.
Kaiden nodded. “I think Court should take the throne.”
Court began shaking his head before Kaiden had finished talking. “No. I don’t want it. You have to take it.”
Joshua’s father interrupted. “It shouldn’t be up to you two. It should be up to others.” Everyone nodded in agreement after a moment of consideration.
“Power has to stay with our family. There are way too many people who are eligible and who will abuse it horribly.” Court said, thinking. “Our other brothers have already rejected it. Quite firmly, too.”
