ɴᴇᴛᴇʏᴀᴍ's ᴘᴏᴠ:Y/N's hand is still entangled with mine as I push through leaves and plants. Her violet eyes gleam as they take in every inch of the unfamiliar forest. Her mouth hands slightly agape as she touches all sorts of glowing plants.
Her giggle plays like a song in the night while I lead her through the forest. Arriving to the spot, I release the girl's hand, slowly stepping forward.
I make a call sound, staring upwards at where I assume my ikran rests. Suddenly, Tsu swoops down before me, causing me to smile and Y/N to hold a hand to her chest, caught off guard.
The ikran rustles her wings and growls under her breath before I pull out her favorite snack, offering it to the beast.
"Tsu," I get her attention, and her eyes perk up as she catches eye of the fruit, taking it from me quickly as she eats it. "Tam tam, Tsu," I stroke her face, turning to Y/N.
"Come, she has calmed down," I motion her and she walks over to the two of us, taking my hand as I help her up.
I hop on the creature hastily, sitting behind Y/N as I take control of the ikran. "So where are you taking me?" she asks, settling in and I shrug, "Where do you wanna go?" she thinks for a moment, eyes gleaming once she is struck by an idea.
"A tour! Show me the forest, I have only seen the stronghold," she explains and I smile, excited to revisit the sky of my home during the evening. "Alright, let us go," I secure her in place with my right arm.
We quickly take off into the night sky, excreting a quick little gasp from Y/N as I forget to warn her.
Finally settling into the altitude, we begin flying smoothly.
"Whoa!" she breathes out, moving her head to look down, "It is like a- non watery reef!" she struggles to find the words, turning to me with a fascinated smile.
I let out a low chuckle by the girl's amazement, this must be her first time seeing any sort of forest from above.
I command Tsu to go lower as I point below us, "There! That is the river where my family and I used to play, ah I miss that," I look back on old memories.
"You must take me soon, my skin will dry out if not in contact with water often," she explains and I nod, "We can go tonight even, after I show you around," I tell her and she nods with a smile, still admiring her view from above.
Going farther away from the stronghold, I finally point out the mountains, "The Hallelujah mountains, that is where we just were," I say as we continue flying.
I feel a twinge in my heart as I see the next landmark, "Your spirit tree!" she squints her eyes, "That must be it," I nod my head, sadder memories filled in it. Noticing the girl's obvious happiness in this moment, I brush off my emotions for her sake.
