As we get closer to the location, I start going over the blueprint of the building and message my team the plans. Mrs.Johannson and Dina need to be on the 4th floor of this building for a meeting, which we are late. "Your Destination is on the right" I hear Charles's GPS say. When I look out the window I was greeted by Paparazzi. "Code 2" I quickly texted my team. I see my team walk out of the building to make a clear path for Mrs. Johannson and her team. They're ready. "Ok, the plan is Charles and I go out first then after I open Dina's door, she will lead the way with Amy. Amy is the one on the right closer to the vehicle. After Dina, Mx. Velez then Mrs. Johannson in the middle with me. Ending with Ms.Sandoval with Charles. Charles, don't worry about the car, David will get to it." I clearly and quickly discuss the plan. That elevator ride was silent, I felt uncomfortable being there. They had a green room that was provided near the conference room. Mrs. Johannson and her team enter the room. I quickly exit the room, giving them space. I'm the rookie on this team, it's not my place to be in there right now. I decided to text Dina's Group chat.

After my team and I cleared the perimeter, I need a quick smoke break. I never smoke during work hours but every experience with the paps leaves me this leftover stress. I quickly call a 'Code 4' which is a bathroom break. While I head out of the building, I look down at my shaking hands. When I get outside, I grab my half-empty pack of cigarettes out of my right inner pocket from my blazer. 'Thank you army for introducing me to nicotine.' I chuckle. After finishing my smoke, I noticed that the shaky hands had left the chat. I cleared my throat and headed back in. 'Here we go' I thought as I grabbed my phone.
Me: Clear out the paps. The perimeter is also cleared. How's Mrs.Johannson? -R.
From Dina: She's currently in a meeting. Thanks, Y/N, head you and your team can go to lunch. When you back, meet me in the green room for the NDA signing. This meeting doesn't end until 2:30 pm since we were late. I'll let you know if any happens.
Me: Ok I'll have Ana and David stay here so we don't leave Charles with all the responsibility. I'll be back in 30 min. -R.
