Mr Schuester stand in front of his Glee Club along with someone who used to be in their teacher's Glee Club, "Okay, guys, listen up, this is Mr Ryan," Bryan Ryan turned around, "He's a member of the school board, and he would like to say a few words."
Once their teacher moved off to the side, Bryan started to talk, "I just want you guys to listen critically and know that what he'd saying is just one of many opinions." Mr Schuester then sat down next to Artie.
"Take out a piece of paper," Harper Shaw looked to her best friend who furrowed her eyebrows taking a empty piece of paper from Harper's notebook, "And, on that paper, I want you to write down your biggest dream, a dream that means so much, you're afraid to admit it even to yourself."
Bella leaned over to Quinn's piece of paper seeing what the ex head cheerio put sending Quinn a sad smile when Quinn looked up at her, their stare down being taken away when Bryan Ryan went to Artie and ripped out the piece of paper from the boy's notebook crumbling up the paper, before throwing it into the bin.
Harper glared at the man, "Your dream is never going to happen." She scoffed, "Maybe not for a man who looks like he came out of a baby commercial," she commented, Bryan ignored Harper as some Glee Clubber's looked to Harper, "Ninety-one percent of you will spend your entire lives living in Allen County, Ohio,"
"So unless you wrote down that your dreams was to work for a mid market health insurance provider, or find an entry-level job in an elderly care facility, you're going to be very disappointed,"
Mercedes looked into space, "This is really depressing," Bryan looked at them, "I am going to guess that s lot of your dreams involve showbiz. Well, let me tell you, showbiz dreams are the most unrealistic of them all,"
"But," Tina looked at the member of the board, "that's what I want to do with my life." Bryan makes a face tilting his head, "Oh, look, I'm not trying to hurt your feelings. I'm just trying to spare you the disappointment." Mr Schuester looked to his students where Bella makes eye contact with him, "I think we get your point."
Bryan Ryan tilted his head, "Ah, well, Schuester here's a prime example. He used to have that glimmer of hope in his eyes that I can see right now in all of yours," he taunted as the New Directions all looked to their teacher, "But..he couldn't make it happen for himself, so he now has to try and convince you all that it'll happen for you,"
"Guess what. His dream didn't work out. And neither will yours." Tina let out a sob at the man's words with Harper Shaw looking at the man, "Wow." She clapped her hands, as Bella bought Tina into her arms, letting the girl cry into her shoulder, "You're a douchebag." She told Bryan who only smiled.
