I love you. ~ Munky x fem Reader

Today was the day that Munky was going to confess to his girlfriend Y/n that he loved her.

Today was there 3 month anniversary. And while it seems like a short time to love someone - Munky has know y/n all his life. He knew he loved her years ago. But now that they are together he's ready to finally tell her.

Munky wanted to surprise y/n on a perfect date for there anniversary and to confess. He told her to be ready at 5:00 pm and that he would pick her up.

Y/n was panicking. She didn't know what the date was gonna be and what to wear, and Munky refused to give her any details - scared that he would ruin the surprise.

But no-matter what Y/n wore Munky would think shes beautiful.

Munky started to get nervous. How am i gonna tell y/n? Does she love me? Will she break up with me? Munkys thoughts got cut off by remembering that he has to do this and he already planned it all. And if it went wrong then it went wrong (even tho it wont lolz but thats my moto)

He knocked on the door of Y/n's apartment/house. She answered in a denim skirt, studded belt, and tank top (classic mall-goth look) she was beautiful as always. Munky loved her so much and little did he know Y/n felt the exact same if not even more prominent. (Woahh fancy word use)

"You look beautiful. Are you ready to go?" He asked. "Yep!" She kissed his cheek and took his hand.

Y/n and Munky took a short ride to there favorite place. A few years back when they were exploring they found a clearing with a stream, rocks, flowers, and a cliff looking over y/c (your city so wherever you want to live in this. Also if you don't like the setting or it doesn't match up you can image something else!)

After a while of walking Y/n and Munky ended up at their "place".

Previously Munky had laid out a blanket with flowers and all sorts of food and drinks. He knew Y/n wouldn't like a ton of things or attention so he went with a simple Picnic date.

"James its perfect!" Y/n exclaimed. "Im glad you like it." He said.

They sat down and started eating and talking.

When they were done they watched the sunset. It was perfect and romantic. They both thought they couldn't be happier. But Keyword: thought.

Eventually after hours of talking and spending time together they ended up at the ledge of the cliff with their legs dangling. They stargazed and talked about all the stars and solar systems.

After a while of silence and admiring the sky Munky spoke up ready to tell Y/n. He ignored the thought that if Y/n got mad and didn't feel the same, she could simply throw him off the cliff. (<— something I thought of and decided to add in bc it was funny 😂)

"Y/n?" "James?" They both moved to face each other. Munky took y/n's hand. Y/n still got butterfly's like years ago in elementary school when she had the biggest crush on him. She loved James so much and Munky loved her just as much.

"I love you. I always have. Your the most perfect, beautiful, confident, hardworking, and caring person I've ever met and i love you." He said. Y/n was so happy. She pushed him against the huge Rock behind them and kissed him in response. They both pulled away with huge grins.

"I love you too."
