"girl, I don't know what i'd do without you!!" my friend Hailey said as i just smiled.
"girl its the other way around, it's been such a difficult time being here without my day 1 girly." I said, explaining to her how my university life had been, even though I did make friends with some of the girls here, they were just incomparable to the bond me and her had grasped.
"I mean, you took the scholar road, and i took the modeling career... just how my mom had it all laid out for me." she said ending her sentence with a sigh.
Since we were kids, me and Hailey had always been close. From Next door neighbors, to locker buddys, to Best friends forever, we were always together. But, sadly our closeness twenty-four-seven, turned into a friendship with distance when high-school ended. Her mom always planned for her to be this most famous- gorgeous model.
Everything was all about modeling. Model this, Model that. But it never really hit her, nor me hard, because we were always together, living life as it should be lived; calmly and happily. But the collision of reality, and our little fairy tale- teen lives came to an end.... abruptly.
"Well... we're together now, thats all that matters!!" I said smiling as a smile crept on her face, as her eyes looked dull. She was obviously spaced out, and her forced smile told me the topic was something...still emotional for her.
We were both in my dorm room, that i shared with this girl, Ava, but she wasn't here at the moment... nor any of the time really, since she'd always talk about going places with her boyfriend.

It was already 3 about to be 4 here in London, and she had the nerve to tell me its at 5. I sighed and got ready. I didn't even bother to ask for the location, because the get togethers Aliza holds are always at her flat.
"Hailey, we're going to my friends flat, get ready" I said as she smiled and nodded, getting up and going to my closet. Of course, she's going to wear something of mine, I thought, internally laughing.
- 35 minutes later - (4:27 PM)
"girl hurry up!" Hailey yelled from a different room, rushing me as i yelled back.
"girl hold on im almost done!!" and with that i heard her sigh, and my fridge being opened.
UK dorms were totally different from US dorms, in my opinion. It was like... a little house for me. It had a kitchen, bathroom, 2 beds and closet space in both rooms.
Walking out my bathroom after going in there to check how i looked, I called her to come on as I was ready to go.
