Chapter Six: Progress... Maybe??

As you know. I'm in a good mood!! But that was not going to last long, I just knew it. Knowing her, she will probably change her mind.

~Saturday @ 11am~ ~At home~

Me: I'm glad that you came last night mom.

Julie: Of course, but remember that you are allowed to do it in the house only,

Me: I know.

Julie: Of course you do.

~Meanwhile at Amara's house~

Amara: I can't believe she is better than me!!

Bevvy: Honey...

Amara: How is she better than me at everything that she does!! Hockey, singing and even being more liked than me and she doesn't even try!!

Bevvy: It's okay, you'll get there. Just keep practicing.

Amara: Ugh!!

Bevvy: What is honey??
Amara: You, Mom!! You are way too nice, and you are bad at gossip!!

Bevvy: I'm sorry honey. I'm trying.

Amara: Try harder!! *She says as she storms off.

~Back to Carrie's House~

I was in the living room when suddenly I got a text from Charlie. Here goes!!!

Charlie: Hey Carrie! This is Charlie from math class. I wanted to make sure that you knew....... You killed it at the talent show.

Me: Oh!! Thank you!

I thought that was going the other way. I thought that he was going to check up on me!!

Charlie: You're welcome! Since I have you here......

Please don't ask me out!! My mother will never let me date, not until I become a famous hockey player!!

..... I wanted to know if I could borrow your Chemistry notes??

Phew!!

Me: Of course!!

Charlie: Great!! See you Monday!

Me: Yeah. See ya!!

Well.... Now that I'm thinking about it. I kinda do like him and I did want him to ask me out. I really do hope he does soon, or I will!!!!

~Sometime later~

Me: I have a question for you, and you promise not to get mad?!

Julie: Yeah, ask away!!

Me: What are you so against people having dreams??

Julie: Why did you even ask me that??

Me: I'm sorry Mom!!!

Julie: Don't ever ask me that ever again!!!

Me: Okay!

So, that's what I did. I didn't ask her anymore and I turned down my singing.

Yup this is the end of this chapter. What will happen with the Smith's?? Will Julie finally tell Carrie?? Or not?? What will happen to Amara?? Will she get revenge?? Stay and find out.
