Part 11

*Three weeks later*

Jordan pov

After everyone (all the fans) found out that Hadley and I were 'dating', they were shocked. Everyone at school started being nice to me, but I didn't really care. I know they were just trying to use me to meet Hadley. I woke up to find a lightly snoring Hadley sprawled all over me. I smiled to myself, thinking about last night. Hadley didn't sleep very well, so we did a quick and quiet round and she went back to sleep. I kissed her head lightly and then my dad came in. Thankfully, both of us were dressed on the top half, but Hadley only had on skimpy shorts and I was in my boxers. Thankfully, there was a blanket over our legs. I put a finger in front of my mouth to signal to him that Hadley was still sleeping. He nodded and left the room and I gently shook Hadley awake.

Jordan - "Sunshine, you have to get up"

Hadley - (groans) "Five more minutes"

I chuckled and she snuggled more into my chest, while I held her tighter in my arms.

Jordan - "You okay, Hads?"

Hadley - (smiles) "Mhm"

We stayed like that in silence for a few more minutes. I started to get out of bed but she pulled me back.

Hadley - (mumbles) "Stay"

Jordan - "I have to go to school. And you have work"

Hadley - (whines) "I don't wanna"

I sighed and she clutched her stomach tightly.

Hadley - "I don't feel so good"

Jordan - "Do you want me to get your mom?"

She nodded and closed her eyes again. I put on pants and went downstairs and put on my shoes as well.

Winnie - "Jordan, where are you going? You're not dressed and you haven't eaten yet"

Jordan - "I have to go talk to Lily. Hadley's not feeling well"

Winnie - "And how would you know that?"

Jordan - "Uh, she's kind of in my bed upstairs. Bye!"

I quickly left before my mom could say anything else. I walked the few steps to Hadley's house and let myself in. Lily and Aaron were sitting at the table eating breakfast.

Aaron - "Jordan? What are you doing here?"

Jordan - "Hadley's not feeling well, so she wanted me to come and get you"

Lily - "Oh dear. I'll go up to her room to check on her"

Jordan - "Uh, actually, she's kind of in my room"

Lily - "Oh... ok"

She followed me back to my house and went upstairs to check on Hadley, who was asleep, cuddling my pillow.

Lily - "Hadley, are you okay honey?"

Hadley - (groans) "I'm hungry"

She sighed and looked back at me.

Lily - "Jordan, sweetheart, can you bring her something to eat please?"

Jordan - (nods) "Yeah of course"

I went downstairs where Aaron, my parents, and Tara were sitting.

Aaron - "So? Is she okay?"

Jordan - "Not sure yet. She's hungry, though, so I'm just grabbing some stuff for her"

I fixed a small plate with bacon and eggs and took it up for her. When I got there, she was still under the covers, but she was sitting up drinking water with Lily sitting next to her. I handed her the plate of food and she finished it really quickly. Then, the window opened and Phoebe came in.
