Hadley pov

I was sitting in my room with Phoebe and Jordan. They had just come home from school, so Jordan brought Phoebe so that we could all hang out.

Phoebe - "So, Hads, you start your new show tomorrow!"

Hadley - "I know! I'm so nervous"

Jordan - "Why are you nervous? You're gonna do great, Sunshine"

Hadley - "What if I mess up or make a bad impression or don't do a scene right or-"

Suddenly, Jordan put his hands on my shoulder to calm me down.

Jordan - "Take a breath, Sunshine. You're going to do great and if they don't see how amazing you are, then they're all idiots"

Hadley - "Thanks, Pookie"

Jordan - "I still don't understand where that nickname came from"

Hadley - "Why do you call me Sunshine?"

Jordan - "Because you can light up a room like the sun"

I flushed and smiled.

Phoebe - "He's right, Hads, about both things. Are you excited?"

Hadley - "Yeah"

Jordan - "Explain to me again what the show is about"

Hadley - "It's called 'Spark'. I'm playing Freya, the main character. Basically, she goes on a camping trip with her friends and wakes up in the middle of the night because she hears something. There's a weird lightning storm and she gets struck by lightning. She develops superpowers and becomes a vigilante in her small town"

Phoebe - "And it's based on a novel series, right?"

Hadley - (nods) "Yup"

Jordan - "Have you gotten the script yet?"

Hadley - "No, not yet. The director, Gabriel, said that the first week will just be everyone just getting to know each other. He said if everyone is comfortable with each other, it will improve the show"

Phoebe - "What's the age rating?"

Hadley - "I think it's tv mature. There are murder scenes, sex scenes and other stuff"

We continued talking about the show for a while, then Phoebe's phone rang.

Phoebe - "Sorry it's my mom. One second"

She got up and answered the phone. Phoebe's dad died when she was just a little girl, and her mom worked three jobs until Phoebe became a teenager. After a few minutes, Phoebe came back frowning.

Phoebe - "I'm sorry, Hads. My mom is telling me to come back and it's urgent"

Hadley - "That's okay, Phoebs. I'll see you tomorrow?"

Phoebe - "Sounds good"

Jordan - "Do you want me to drop you?"

Phoebe - "Oh, no, that's okay. I'll take the bus"

Jordan - "Okay, if you're sure. Bye, Phoebs"

Phoebe - "Bye guys. Love you"

Hadley - "Love you too, Phoebe"

She left and I looked back at Pookie.

Hadley - "And then there were two..."

He threw his head back and laughed. We talked for a while and I helped him with some of his homework. I didn't get too much academic work, since most of my time would be me studying my lines. I have school on set whenever I'm doing a movie or a show, and I have to keep records of all my teachers and assignments because sometimes my teachers switch every few months. At about six-thirty, we went downstairs for dinner.
