Chapter 7: A Missing Cat

TIME: 7:00AM
PLACE: DOGMAN'S HOUSE

Dogman woke up feeling drowsy. He rubbed his eyes and turned to Lil Petey's direction to wake him up.

Wait.

Dogman rubbed his eyes again.

Where is Lil Petey?

This worried Dogman a bit. But it's not the time to completely worry just yet. Maybe he's in the kitchen?

Dogman ran downstairs to the kitchen, but Lil Petey was nowhere to be seen. Maybe he's in the living room...?

Dogman ran to the living room, but Lil Petey wasn't there either. Maybe he's...hiding?

Dogman: "LIL PETEYYYYY!"

No response. Dogman checked all the other rooms in the house. He checked every nook and cranny, but to no avail.

Now it was the time to worry. Like, a lot.

Could Lil Petey be in Petey's house? Dogman thought to himself. But if he did, wouldn't he have told us?

Dogman: "80-HD!! 80-HD!!"

80-HD: [WOAH! What happened, Dogman?]

Dogman: "Lil Petey's missing! Well, I'm not sure but he probably is!! Is your DNA Extraction Kit working now?"

80-HD: [Oh. Well....funny story. It's busted.]

Dogman: "Wha–?? How is it busted???"

RING RING RING!

Dogman turned around and saw his phone vibrating. He picked it up and answered the call.

Dogman: "Hello?"

Chief: "Hey Dogman.It's me, Chief."

Dogman: "Oh, hi Chief! What's up?"

Dogman turned away from 80-HD.
