Jay and Jungwon were now at some kind of five-star restaurant. The ceiling was up really high with great lighting coming out from the high windows. They sat next to one of the high windows, Jungwon right in front of Jay. Jungwon looked out the window and saw the tall building below, they were probably on the 100th floor, he thought."Do you like the view," the waiter asked while passing the menu to Jay. Jungwon nodded, "not bad"
Jay went through the menu and thought for a moment before ordering a steak, salad, and some wine for himself.
The waiter took the orders and asked, "What about your boyfriend? What does he like to order?" Jay smirked and said that Jungwon wasn't his boyfriend.
As for Jungwon, he said something little opposite, "I might not be his boyfriend, but I am his fiance," which left Jay with a dumbfounded look. The waiter apologized for thinking they were boyfriends and congratulated on getting married someday soon. Jay didn't respond, so Jungwon smiled and thanked for behalf of Jay and himself.
"So, what would your fiance would like to order?' the waiter asked once again with a big gummy-like smile.
Jay passed the menu to Jungwon, "I recommend the steak, they have the best steak ever in here," he said. Jungwon also looked through the menu and what the hell? a steak cost $1,000? What kind of price is that? Jungwon has been to this, same restaurant when he was little with his parents, but he did not pay attention to the price back then. However, now after seeing the price, it is a little too much for him.
"I will pay, don't mind the price," Jay said after seeing how Jungwon looked surprised after seeing the price. Jungwon coughed, "Sir, I do have my own money"
Jay smiled and leaned back to his seat, "I thought you wanted me to pay the price for your $10 coffee." yeah, a freaking ten-dollar coffee not a thousand, Jungwon thought.
"Fine whatever, I will have the same as him," Jungown said to the waiter after handing the menu back to him. "But without wine, of course," Jay added for him. Jungwon did not say anything back to him, since he also wanted to say without the wine but forgot about it.
The waiter nodded and headed to the kitchen to prepare their orders. As for Jay and Jungwon, they sat there quietly. Jungwon looked out of the window, observing the tiny cars and the ant look like people walking. On the other side, Jay was on his phone doing something.
After some silence, Jay got bored and looked up from his phone and noticed Jungwon still observing the view out of the window. "Do you really like the view?" he asked making Jungwon glance at him. And he nodded. Jay also nodded because he didn't know what else to say.
Before the awkwardness started, the waiter came back with their steaks and salad. He placed them on the oval table and left after asking if they needed anything else.
"Smells good," Jungwon said.
"Tastes good too" Jay replied while biting his lips.
They continued eating their lunch in silence. "Are we gonna go to get the marriage certificate after this?" Jungwon asked.
Jay thought for a moment and then replied, "Nah, I will ask Sunghoon to help us make a fake certificate." If they get a real one, then it would cause a lot of trouble for them. After Jay gets the company then he will gonna have to get a divorce which will also cause a lot of problems. And, it might also stay in their background forever. "Oh," Jungwon said. He was disappointed? Why would he?
"Actually, let's just get the real one. That old man might suspect," Jay said. He didn't notice the smile curled up on Jungwon's lips.
The waiter came back with a bottle of wine, "Sorry guys, I forgot about the wine"
