The day went pretty well for Jungwon. He met a little boy who wanted to eat and not do any taekwondo. Jungwon found him cute despite the fact that the little boy refused to do anything he asked to.
As for Jay, his day was ok too. Jay spend his day with Dr.Kim before his dinner appointment with Lee Heeseung. Dr. Kim or Jin was the only person Jay could trust at this moment, he opened up to Jin. Jay told him what he did during the week and what happened between him and Jungwon.
Jay felt like he needed to tell someone about his new friend, so he booked an appointment with Jin despite the fact that the employees were still in the clinic. He had to get into Dr. Kim's office in disguise. No one should know that he has been going to therapy every week. But didn't Jungwon know about it already?
After the meeting with Dr. Kim, he drove straight to the across the road. Jay got in and glanced around the restaurant and spotted Heeseung sitting on the corner of the room. Jay approached toward him and had a sit in front of him. Heeseung gave a warm smile when he noticed Jay, "Sorry to bother you at this hour, Mr.Park," he apologized.
Jay shook his head indicating that it was fine with him. They proceeded to order some dinner since both of them were hungry before the meeting started.
Not long after, the order arrived and they started eating. Heeseung started the conversation after he drank his wine, "I heard you getting married," he said and put his wine glass back to the table. Jay nodded, not even wanting to talk about it. However, the elder continued, "I thought you weren't into guys," he said and looked up to Jay, who also looked at him while making an eye contact, "He is nice guy," Jay said making the elder chuckle.
Jay glared at the elder who couldn't stop laughing. Heeseung between his laughs said, "So..haha...you married him..." he stopped trying to catch his breath, "-because he is nice?" He said before proceeding to laugh again. Jay glared at him and nodded. "Wait really?" Heeseung asked making Jay nod again. The elder stopped laughing, "Are you sure? Do you like him at least?" he asked confusingly.
Jay thought for a second, and shook his head a no, "Lets change the subject, why did you arrange this meeting?" He asked and put his forks down to the table, leaning back to the chair with his hands crossing over his chest.
Heeseung did the same, "Your Secretary, I want to hire him as my personal assistant," he begin. Jay didn't even got surprised, he knew Heeseung was going to talk about Jake once again. Like for what other reason does Heeseung need Jay for? The elder continued when he received a nod from the other, "I will talk to Chairman myself if that's what you would like,"
"Do whatever you want," Jay said and drink his glass of wine, "Need anything else?" He asked.
"Does he hate me?"
"He wants to sue you for sexual harassment," Jay replied once again sipping his wine.
Heeseung nodded, already expecting this kind of answer. "I will talk to him first, don't roll him about the job offer yet," Heeseung said after some thinking.
The youngster nodded and got up from his seat in order to leave, before he left he didn't forget to pay the bills.
He got into his car and drove back home. On his way back to home Jay stopped at the Han River and gazed at the moon light sinning over the river, what a beautiful night. He sat on the grass and felt the chill wind blowing. The tree leaves and the grass slowly turning green, the April was near. Another year, celebrating his birthday without his parents and her. Jay sighed.
Once he arrived at home, it was midnight. Did he stay at Han River for that long? Earlier, Jay couldn't even tell the time since he was deep in thoughts.
