Jungwon didn't expect to find himself facing the Park Mansion once again. He got into the house without anyone trying to stop him. Did the guards now that he will be a son in law for Chairman Park? Did everyone knew about it? His heart started beating faster every step he took to the backyard. Why was he so nervous? It wasn't their first time meeting.
He took few more steps and found himself facing with Chairman Park. Jungwon greeted him with his big smile- which was kinda forced. Jay, Chairman Park, and even this house reminded him the incident that took place years ago. How could he forget it? He couldn't never forget that day. The day his life turned into a mess. His.
Jay arrived few minutes later than Jungwon. Without greeting anyone, he sat in front of Jungwon, Chairman Park next to him. Why would this old man sit next to Jungwon? He thought to himself.
It was awkward for Jungwon, seeing how Jay and Chairman Park kept glaring at each other. He got suffocated by the awkwardness, so he got no choice but start the conversation, "Oh, the dinner smells good. Why don't we eat?" he said as he was just about to take a quick bite of the sushi, Chairman Park spoke up making him put the sushi back to his plate.
"Not yet, Jungwon first you tell me why did you two get here separately? aren't you guys married now? You don't live together?"
Jungwon didn't know what to say so he hesitantly looked at Jay asking for help with his big cat-like eyes.
Jay sighed and replied, "Let him eat his dinner in peace. Stop asking questions,"
Chairman Park looked at Jay with a stern expression before turning his attention back to Jungwon, "I need to know these things, after all I'm Jay's grandfather. Jungwon, tell me. Are you moving in to Jay's house?"
Jungwon was once again left unable to talk. He doesn't know what to say. It is not right for him to answer for Jay, since he is the one who started this fake marriage thing. Maybe if the marriage was real, he would have exclaimed Yes loudly to the world. He would have let everyone know that he would be living with Jay in the same house. But no, it's fake. He stood there in awkwardness.
Jay sighed before standing up and harshly putting his hands on the table, "Can you stop now? It is none of your business if we are living together or not," he raised his voice at Chairman Park and sat down back to his chair breathing heavily to calm himself down.
As for Chariman Park, he didn't want to lose so he also raised his voice, "I'm kinda suspecting that you two are actually faking it. If it is real, then why not live together? Wouldn't be best for both of you?"
Jungwon watched as the argument between Jay and Chairman Park escalated quickly. He knew that their fake marriage was slowly becoming a problem for them. He finally gathered the courage to speak up and said, "Actually, we are planning to move in together soon. We just need to make some arrangements first." He looked at Jay for support, who looked kinda mad and shocked. Chairman Park seemed to believe them for the time being and sat back in his chair, nodding his head.
Jungwon couldn't help but feel nervous.
After dinner, Jay pulled Jungwon and asked him to get into the car. Jungwon obeyed without anything to say.
Jay also sat on the drivers seat, and the atmosphere became quite. After some silence, Jungwon couldn't take it anymore and asked uncertainly if Jay was mad at him. The older guy shook his head with his stern expression, "I am mad at him" he said.
Jungwon nodded, "But he is your grandfather, he is just cares about you" he said while looking at Jay. The older also looked back at those brown eyes which was filled with concern and worry.
