Jay was awakened by the gentle warmth of the rising sun seeping through the glass windows, causing him to slowly open his eyes. To his surprise, he found his husband or a fake one sleeping soundly beside him. When did he even fall asleep next to Jungwon? He wondered. Jay softly pushed aside the blanket, attempting to leave the bed without waking the younger up. Despite his cautious movements, Jungwon still managed to wake up.
"Good Morning Jay-Hyung," the younger man said, with his soothing voice, as he sat up, making Jay remember about the lullabies he had listened to the night before.
Jay asked, "Did I wake you up?"
Jungwon responded with a grin and a shake of his head. Despite it being afternoon, Jungwon was still tired from the wedding and flight to France that all happened in just 2 days. The room was filled with an awkward silence until Jungwon spoke up, "D-did you sleep well?"
Jay lifted his head and glanced at Jungwon, who was fidgeting with his fingers, clearly nervous. Jungwon always seemed nervous around him, and Jay couldn't help but notice. "I did," Jay answered softly. "Thanks to you."
Jungwon swallowed hard before stuttering out, "Jay-Hyung..." he stopped, waiting for the elder to respond.
Jay hummed, signaling to Jungwon that he was listening. The younger man looked down at his fingers and continued fidgeting, giving away his nervousness. "Do you have something to say?" Jay asked while still looking at him.
Jungwon had something to say, something he had been hiding for years. At that moment, he wanted to tell Jay how he had a crush on him for ages and wanted to be with him forever. He wanted to sleep next to him, sing lullabies, and cuddle, but how long had it been since they started this fake relationship? Three weeks? Four weeks? It was too little time and Jay doesn't know anything about him. Jungwon thought.
"Is something wrong...?" Jay asked, worried about whether Jungwon was unhappy with their fake relationship.
The younger shook his head, no. It was not time for him to confess about his feelings yet. Not yet. "Can we go out for lunch? Since you know it's afternoon and it is better to have a lunch then breakfast now..." he continued "and I also want to try some French food."
Jay smiled while nodding his head, "yes, I was thinking the same," he agreed. The two boys got up from the bed getting ready for their lunch date.
As they walked through the streets of Paris, Jay noticed someone following them behind. He knew it was a spy sent from Chariman Park to spy their honeymoon date and take photos without them realizing.
Jay quickly caught up with Jungwon who was walking fast while swinging his hands. This young boy was clearly excited to be in Paris with his new husband together. Jay slowly intertwined Jungwon's swinging hand with his own. The younger's hands stoped swinging when he noticed a warm hand holding his own tightly.
Jungwon looked at their hands, his heart beating faster, afraid the elder might heard it. Jay leaned towards Jungwon's ears while whispering, "someone is behind us."
Jungwon's heart skipped a beat as Jay whispered into his ears. He turned his head to look behind them and saw a man with a camera, trying to take pictures of them without being noticed.
"Did Chariman Park sent him?" Jungwon asked looking up at Jay.
"Who else could it be other than that old man?"
Jungwon chuckled at Jay's attitude, "No like true though, it is not like Dr. Kim gonna spy us," the elder continued.
"Maybe it is Sunghoon Hyung, who knows" Jungwon said still laughing at Jay.
