"Erebus... when did the envy sin factor enter... us?" I asked him seriously, my sight never leaving the small heart floating before us.
《"The very moment ENVY left the reality marble."》 He explained before starting to explain how it happened. 《"When Avalon materialize infront of me, it activated it's function as an noble phantasm, it's "absolute defense"."》 Erebus's serious expression changed to a conflicted one as he continued to explain. 《"For a few seconds I was in what I could only describe as... the land of eternal spring."》
"You... don't look so happy about it." I said to him, noticing his conflicted expression.
《"Oh no, I am mostly definitely happy for seeing utopia. It's just..."》 Erebus went quiet.
"It's just that you don't feel worthy of being there, right?" I said, nodding in understanding.
《"Avalon is THE paradise. Many people have for centuries dreamt to either see it or enter it. Some were not worthy and some were. Yet...Why was I worthy of standing in it, when I have no accomplishments to my name."》 he remained silent for a moment before shaking his head and getting the discussion back on track. 《"Anyways, Avalon clearly saw ENVY as an enemy and forced her out of the Reality Marble but not before leaving a fragment of the envy sin factor."》
"Fragment?" I asked with a raised eyebrow.
Erebus nodded in confirmation 《"What is infront of us is only 49,881% of the whole sin factor, the remaining 50,119% is still within Satella."》 he explained.
"I see." I said, processing everything he told me before asking the obvious question. "Will we unlock our authority of envy?"
Erebus glanced at me before looking back at the small heart before giving me an answer.
《"Yes... but also no."》 ...A very confusing answer.
"What do you mean by that?" I asked confused.
《"When ENVY left the fragment here, she ... forced a "direction" onto it."》 He said annoyed.
I stood there thinking what he could mean before coming up a hypothesis. "What, you mean that the authority will be something that is based on her desire instead of our envy?" I asked if my hypothesis was correct. To my pleasure he nodded.
《"Yes, whatever our authority will be, it will based on her desire of not wanting us to die."》 ...what?
I look at him straight in the eyes. "I never said anything about us dying. What makes you believe that it something as cruel as that."
《"Because she keep on saying "I love you" or "I don't want you to die" over and over again. It quickly got annoying."》
"I see..." is all I could say.

Blinding light was the first thing that enveloped my eyes when I woke up. After adjusting to the light I realised that I was in a hospital room. I felt confused over how I had ended up in a hospital. The nurse that was in the room, quickly notice that I was awake, went to get someone that I had woken up. After a while she returned with a doctor and they then ask me if they could ask me some questions. I agree to answer their questions as best as I could.
"Do you know where you are? Yes, at a hospital in the town XXXXX."
"What is your name? My name is... is..." I paused and stared blankly into nothing. Who am I? I can't remember.
Noticing that my lack of answer the doctor and nurses decided to change the question.
"Do you remember what happened?"
