So in this Story there's people like Yue Guangzhou's mother. Like I've said in the introduction part people have cores and in ancient times they learned to cultivate it and there's also ordinary villagers or people that still haven't awakened their chakra or cores(idk tbh i just started watching 'The untamed' and so far that's the only things that makes sense to me in the cultivation part💀).

After a tragedy happened that made most cultivators disappear people eventually forgot about them and moved on with their lives. People on china just said that cultivation or cultivators only exist in fairy tails or story's/books but in some bloodline from the past cultivators that survived and went into hiding the person who has the blood of a cultivator or has a ancestor that cultivated in the past gets a ability or abilities. There's also cases when people unlock their ability in a life and death situation and than conceal those abilities for them to not become a lab rat by the scientist's and researchers.

There are about 10 stages of the abilities and powers they possess and the amount of chakra and stuff are based on how hight your level is. If you're a stage one you can only do a few things that normal humans can't and have little chakra compared to the other 9 stage's. If you're a level two than you can have more strength. Stamina. Speed and etc but it only applies if you're ability is a physical one but if you're a mental like ability user or element type ability user your chakra will increase by 16% and the control on your ability will be alot more better than before. Level three ability users can conceal their presence and has an increase of 19% of control on their ability if a element or mental user but if it's a physical one than they can have 14% increase in their chakra and can do the same thing as element and mental user but the only thing is they can only use their strength and everything twice or trice for a day.

Magic ability users are the same as mental and element users on stages but most of the time magic ability users can have an 25% increase on chakra and their mental strength increase only 6% everytime they level up. People commonly only manages to get at level 4-5 and it's pretty rare for a person to get at higher stage's than those. There's more but I'll just explain as the story goes on!
