Chapter 11: Pessimistic feelings...

For the first time, Sonny has been laughing this much. He preferred staying silent to talking to someone whenever he was with his friends, his discipline team's members, or even the senpais. However, this was the first time he actually talked, and he smiled even more- the time when he was with Alban. They were hanging out with each other, and Sonny guessed so. He didn't have enough confidence to think that this was a date, between them. He enjoyed Alban's company, even relieved when knowing that Alban kept the conversation going on pretty well to avoid creating any uncomfortable atmosphere between them.

They just walked from school to their destination, which was not too far away, only 10 minute walk. But suddenly, the brunette stopped talking as he grabbed Sonny's shirt, catching the blonde boy's attention. When Sonny turned at Alban's finger point, he felt his heart skip a little bit. It was a calico cat lying on the bus stop's seat. It was such an adorable scene, especially since Alban just squeaked, totally excited when seeing the cat. The brunette just ran quickly toward the cat and smiled while petting it.

Sonny couldn't help but smile at the cuteness right in front of his eyes. He was happy to see how happy the boy was, even the cat seemed to love it as well. Because not only did the cat do nothing, it just sat there and purred, enjoying the boy's touch on its head and body. "Sonny! Look, look! Awww, it's so cuteeee!~" You as well, Alban. It was something Sonny wanted to say, but he chose to keep it to himself instead.

Sonny's mind was full of conflicts between his thoughts and his heart right now. Alban was like a brother to him, so why did his heart beat this fast? He may need time to figure it out on his own, he couldn't just say this to the boy himself while he wasn't sure as well!? For now, it was best for him to keep this 'stupid' feeling to himself.

After a 10-minute walk with lots of fun, they finally came to where they needed to be which was the game station. As a way to make their time more interesting, they decided to spilt up, having many prizes as they possibly could. They went through various claw machines and other games as well, trying to win, or at least try to achieve their personal goals. They both did their best, playing through multiple games.

They played the rhythm game, which Alban won. Sonny was mesmerized by Alban's focused face when stepping at each melody perfectly, it somewhat amazed him. Then they played many games that required strength, which Alban assure that Sonny would win definitely as he knew he didn't have that much power, while Sonny had a quite muscular body. And he was right. Alban was in awe when witnessing how strong the boy was. The moe gap from the boy just made Alban simp even more and more.

And then the time had come, they were too focused on the game that they didn't even realize that it was already dawn. They started to meet up again where they came in the first place. Surprisingly, they both held only one plushie. Alban just hid his face looking down to the ground, while giving Sonny the golden dog plushie he was holding. "E-Eh? Alban? What does this mean?" Sonny was surprised, making Alban's face even redder. "Erm...Uhm, a-are you playing with me!? Of course, this means it's for you!" And then there was a silence between them, making Alban worried even more. Oh no. Did I f*ck up!? Sh*t!! What should I do, WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW FJKSAHLG-

"No...Er, the funny fact is that I want to give you a plushie as well, so I got a cat plushie for you." And now, it was Sonny's turn to feel shy, while the latter was just so shocked. They just looked at each other for a short time before laughing, not believing what had just happened. They just swapped the plushie with each other, enjoying each other's presents. It was so much like a fever dream, which they didn't want to wake up at all.

Unfortunately, any party always had an end. It was time when they had to go home, separating their ways. "Bye, Sonny! Thank you for going with me today! I love these hang-outs, we should do more!" Sonny couldn't deny that he loved these precious moments as well. "Thank you for today, Alban! Of course, I love spending my time with you-" Alban could feel his heart filled with too much love and happiness. It was like a dream-
