Few months before the Moriarty fire
Albert wondered about the cause of his biological younger brother's unusual behaviour. There's really something strange about William [Felix] but he couldn't point it out since he's still acting the same with his usual careless--no, cruel attitude.
After witnessing the fall on the stairs, Albert genuinely felt concerned for his younger brother. However, his hope quickly faded when he overheard the wicked admitting that the rescue of Louis was solely to get them into trouble. This revelation shattered any remaining trust Albert had in the William [Felix] and replaced his concern with a mix of anger and disappointment.
Of course, William [Felix] could feel it. Which [Felix] felt relieved about, since it meant Albert would not notice his Out Of Character-trope or OCC for short. He was aware of not only Albert's suspicion but the two adopted boys as well. He's satisfied in seeing the [Albert, Louis and Liam] being unable to grasp a subtle change in the young master.
William [Felix] could only stay quiet and pretend to be arrogant and selfish in front of them.
"You dirty, pathetic beings"
"Albert must've been tricked by you lowly creatures to think they would be part of this family"
"Should have stayed at the rock bottom of the society, quite literally" The antagonist made fun of the adopted boys whenever he got a chance to be alone with them.
Louis visibly frowns at him. His knuckles turned white. The ordeal with stairs began to be forgotten. Albert was right. He's nothing but an arrogant prick who planned everything. His nii-san held Louis back, looking at him warningly as if telling him not to do rash actions. Coincidentally, Albert would be passing by to witness the bullying at the perfect moment.
'Perfect' [Felix] internally smirked as he pretends to take notice of Albert's presence. "Albert, don't you see? They are nothing but lowly commoners who are tricking you!"
"Enough" Anger got the best of Albert as he takes a tight grip on his shoulder and harshly pushes William [Felix] away from his adopted brothers. The force was enough for [Felix] to fall down and land on his butt.
"Why did you--?"
"I had enough of you, William. Every time..." William [Felix] flinched at the loud volume.
'Oop, he's angry. Let's him angrier'
"Why did you do that?!" William said, faking being shocked and hurt by Albert's abrupt outburst. He had never seen Albert so angry before.
"Why are you being so cruel to me? What did I do to deserve this?!" William [Felix] asked in anger.
"You know what you did, William," Albert said, "You never listen to me. You never listen to what I say. You're always causing trouble..."
