We continued to point out the falling stars as we relaxed, until I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I pulled it out to see a bright light, having to turn down the brightness. Once my eyes adjusted to the light of my phone, I saw that there was a missed call from Clelia. I also checked the time to see that it was 8:57pm, meaning it was 10:57am in Australia.

"Who is it?" Hayes asked, turning to see what I was doing.

"My friend, Clelia. She lives in Australia. She woke up a few hours ago but I called her earlier, so maybe she's just catching up on what we talked about." I said, looking at Hayes.

"What did you talk about?" He asked with a confused look, probably wondering what is so important to call someone in another country.

My fake death is important.

"I'll call her and you can listen." I said, not wanting to tell him about the bullies and my dark, painful past.

I decided to FaceTime Audio her, seeing it doesn't cost money. I pressed the illuminated phone button, hearing that annoying, repetitive beep sound. I put it on loud speaker so Hayes could hear what she was saying.

After a few rings, she finally answered with a shuffle and a click noise.

"Hello?" I asked, wondering what she was doing.

"Hey!" She said, dragging out the "Y".

"Hi. What did you want to talk about?" I asked. I could hear other talking around her, so I figured she was eating lunch at school.

"Lizzie wanted to tell you someth- HEY!" She was cut off by Lizzie yelling into the phone with excitement.

"Um.... hi Lizard." I said awkwardly, calling her by her nickname, hearing a chuckle coming from Hayes. I looked over to see him fiddling with his hands, looking at them.

I rolled over so I was facing him, and continued talking with Lizzie.

"Guess what? I'm coming over!" She sung in a strange tune.

"You do realise that I live 24 hours away by plane, right?" I asked, confused at what she said.

"Yeah, I mean I'm moving over there! I'm coming to NC!" She clapped.

"Oh cool! When are you coming?" I asked.

"In about..... 2 weeks I think." She said that sounded more like a question than a statement.

"I'm starting school then. Where are you moving to? Like what suburb?" I asked.

"Um..... something like Cacti Tea street I think." She laughed through the phone. I soon started laughing uncontrollably at the street name she made up. I looked up at Hayes to see him laughing really hard as well.
