Luci helped you put on your corset and dress before your first day, to be honest you were really nervous, you didn't really know anyone here except for the Hamiltons and your family.

"You look wonderful, now are you going to walk or ask for a carriage?" Luci asked, placing her hands on your shoulders.

"Probably walk," You said, putting on your heels.

"Okay, dear, have a great day at school, remember to smile," Luci said, waving as you walked out the door.

"Okay? Bye," You said, confused on why she told you to smile.

You walked down the street, book bag in hand until Philip jogged up to you.

"Y/n, we meet again," He bows, panting.

"Oh, hey Philip, how are you today?" You ask, as he kisses your hand.

"Wonderful, um I was just on my way to school," Philip said, showing you his book bag.

"Oh really, what school?" You said, also showing him your book bag

"King's College,"  Philip said, walking alongside you.

"Oh, thank the lords, I go to that school as well,"  You said, relieved.

"Oh, that's great," Philip said, excited.

You and Philip talk a whole bunch on your way to school, once you get there he introduces you to a whole bunch of his friends.

"This is Theodosia, She's Aaron Burr's daughter," Philip said, as a girl with a bright green dress waved.

"This is Richard, He's my cousin on my mom's side, and so is John," Philip said, as his cousins waved at you.

"This is my sister, Angelica or Angie, I think you met her yesterday,"  Philip said, patting his sister on the head.

"Hello," You said, giggling at how excited he was to introduce his friends and family.

"Everyone, this is the lovely Y/n, she goes here now," Philip said, standing next to you.

"Hello, Y/n," Everyone said.

His cousins came up to you and kissed your hand, Angie shook your hand and so did Theodosia.

{Time-skip to class}

Finally your first elective class, art class. Your first four classes were boring math and English classes, You love English but the teacher was slow and monotone. The math teacher was the same way, but you were excited for the class, hopefully nothing ruins it.

"Hey Y/n," Philip ran up to you in the hall.

"Hey Philip, What's your next class?" You asked, examining his curly hair.

"Art, Is there something in my hair," Philip asked, combing out his curls.

"No,  just admiring it, it's very curly and fluffy," You said.

"Oh," His face turned a dusty pink making his freckles pop.

"There's nothing wrong with it, it looks nice," You said, smiling.

"Thank you," His face became a brighter pink.

A younger lady walked up to Philip and handed her a paper, "Hey, Philip, Write to me?"

"Uh, sure?" Philip said, confused, taking the paper from her.

"Who's that?" You asked, a little jealous.

"Oh um, I don't know, I'm very popular here," Philip said, embarrassed, throwing the paper away in the nearest trash can.

"Yeah, especially with the ladies," Angie said, walking besides us.

"Oh?" You said, curious.

"Yeah," Philip said, with his face bright red.

"Every girls wants to be courted by him," Angie elbowed Philip, "Huh, Pip,"

"We don't need to talk about that Angie," Philip said, bright red.

"Yes, she needs to know," Angie teased.

"Oh, here's the arts room, after you, Y/n," Philip said, opening the door for you. You head in and ask the teacher where you sit. Philip followed in after and sat down right next to you.

The teacher starts with a boring introduction and safety lecture, Philip whispered jokes as the teacher talked. And they were so funny you tried so hard not to laugh. You two end up lazily painting each other and then laughing at how bad they looked.

"Is there something funny, Ms. Y/N and Mr. Philip?" The teacher said, walking over to your desk. You two showed her the drawings and she laughed.

{Time-skip}

You and Philip walked out of the school's front doors, walking over to Angie and Theodosia.

"Hey Y/n, hey Philip," Theodosia said, waving to you two.

"Hey guys," You said, as you walked up to the two.

"What are you guys doing later tonight?" Angie asked.

"Um, nothing really besides dinner," You said, putting both of your book bag straps on your shoulders.

"Oh okay, would you like to come over sometime?" Angie asked, looking over at Philip then to you.

"Um, yeah I just have to ask my mom," I said, "I should probably get home now,"

"Can I walk you home?" Philip asked.

"Yeah, of course," You said, looping your arm with his and walking to your house.

"Here we are," You step onto the doorstep.

"You have a nice house," Philip said, admiring your house.

"Thank you,"  You said, hoping Lucinda doesn't open the door.

"Hey, here's my address, write to me," Philip said, handing you a piece of paper and then kissing your hand.

"Okay, I'll see you later?" You said,

"Yeah, see you tomorrow?" Philip said.

"Yeah, tomorrow," You said, and Philip walked away.
