Chapter 12: Let build a nation

Third-person POV:

Currently, Rimuru Tempest is formulating a meticulous plan, documenting the steps he intends to take when resetting time. His goal is to rewrite history flawlessly. Part of his plan involves ensuring that the existence of the fifth true dragon becomes widely known, depicting its encounter with the frost dragon and the chaos dragon. Additionally, Rimuru aims to maintain Luminous' indebtedness to him. Demon Lord Guy Crimson harbors resentment towards Rimuru for taking the frost dragon away from his "game," and he recognizes the appearance of the fifth true dragon. However, the scorch dragon remains unaware of its appearance, with only Velzard and Veldora having seen it due to their proximity to Rimuru.

For the purpose of time travel, Rimuru will rely on Instantaneous Movement and other necessary skills to achieve his objective. Rimuru has informed the Demon Lords that Milim will remain with him until the next Walpurgis meeting, during which they may pose inquiries about him. Milim, however, chooses not to respond, thus establishing the desired timeline. Starting afresh, Rimuru plans to locate the goblin village from his original timeline and build his influence from there.

Having observed his original timeline multiple times, thanks to his adventures with the twins and the influence of his friend БКЛИДЕР, Rimuru is well aware of the events that transpired. Despite occasionally causing disruptions due to his companion's foolishness, Rimuru intends to expand the world beyond its original scope for the sake of amusement. Rimuru expects some trouble from БКЛИДЕР, who consistently meddles with everything, even in life-or-death situations. Only Nyx can bring БКЛИДЕР to his senses, but she is currently absent. Rimuru even surmises that not even his own children could reform БКЛИДЕР unless he decides to become serious, as БКЛИДЕР tends to engage in playful antics. However, Rimuru appreciates the humor in these moments.

After resetting the world to the point when Veldora was freed, БКЛИДЕР is expected to initiate disturbances. Nonetheless, the timeline will deviate from the original, as Rimuru will gain the support of the primordial demons earlier than in the initial timeline, strengthening his forces in preparation for Falmuth's attack in a year's time. When Rimuru introduces Ciel to everyone, their reactions are a mix of shock and disbelief. Milim happily declares that she now has two mothers, and her little sister's arrival is imminent, just days away. The primordial demons extend their congratulations to their master on his second wife.

 Surprisingly, both Ciel and Velzard have become increasingly affectionate towards Rimuru, a fact that surprises him but doesn't bother him. Rimuru appreciates the care and concern shown by his two devoted wives. During Rimuru's relentless planning sessions to ensure a smooth transition, БКЛИДЕР occasionally drops by to check on him. Witnessing Rimuru engrossed in writing and planning, and seeing his wives worried for him, БКЛИДЕР decides to give him a wake-up slap, which successfully snaps him out of his intense focus. Although slightly annoyed at first, Rimuru gradually relaxes as БКЛИДЕР assures him that he has all the time in the world, considering the imminent reset of the world. БКЛИДЕР promises not to meddle with the world initially but suggests that he might do so after a year or two, putting Rimuru's mind at ease, as he had already devised plans to manage БКЛИДЕР's potential interferences.

Rimuru POV:

It's finally time to embark on a journey to follow the original timeline, and I find myself curious about БКЛИДЕР's motivations for doing so. Perhaps I will uncover more details as our journey progresses.

In just two days, my daughter will be born. Ciel displayed some jealousy upon learning that Velzard and I were expecting a child while she was not. In order to alleviate her feelings, I made a promise to her that we would have a child together in the future. She happily agreed, and to discuss this important matter, I gathered all my subordinates, daughters, and lovers in the throne room. It was the only space large enough to accommodate everyone. While my lover was already aware of our plans and didn't require reassurance, my subordinates and daughter were unaware, which made it all the more surprising for them.
