"What the hell is happening right now? Why the hell are you all here? And where the hell did you all come from?" I confessed out loud to anyone and everyone.

Many eyes shot in my direction at the questions that I have blurted out. The one pair of eyes that has the most dominance and heated gaze to it is Vladimir's. Even from where the two of us are stood everything almost disappeared around us when our gazes met up. I wanted to move however my brain is telling me to stay where I am and my heart is yearning for my limbs to move closer to Vladimir. Guiding my gaze away from Vladimir's he also has a surprise expression written on the rest of his face. Vladimir must just be as surprised as I am to find each other standing in one another's presence.

"Can someone please explain why you all are standing in Vivian's drive way?" Millicent asked.

"Girl Vivian doesn't live here she lives in an apartment around the corner from her bar in town." Dom exclaimed in Millicent's direction.

"Millicent is right Dom since my godparents were killed I have lived here looking after the place and also the cats." I said into the conversation still a little bit dazed and staring at Vladimir.

"The cats! I wonder if they are okay after the avalanche. They were six Humvee's in front of us and I think two of those Humvee's in front came down with us over the cliff face."

"They hopefully are okay because I don't know what I would do if they weren't."

"None of that matters now because why are the two of you here?" Vladimir demanded.

"We are not giving you answers Vladimir sincerely because I haven't seen any of you in two bloody whole long years. Do any of you lot know what I have been through in those years with none of you aground? I demand one of you to tell me what has been going on in the last two years that I couldn't get one lousy phone call or even a postcard."

All eyes eyes on me are now looked down to the ground or up and Vladimir for some answers to give to me. Surprised at their reactions to my demands my blood quietly simmered in my views and I looked around to try and met some of their gazes. Some instead of giving me the answers I was looking for. Just walked away down the drive with their heads dropped to their chests. Venus stood close by to Millicent and I didn't budge when Dimitri tried to guide him away with the rest of them.

Although not budging Dimitri sighed deeply and stood next to Dom who is stood next to me beside the car. Coming down to stand closer to us Vladimir surveyed my injuries I have on show. I thought he would stop further away but alternatively Vladimir came toe to toe with me. Together we stood carefully watching one another's movements. After a while of watching each other Vladimir brought his right hand to my cheek. The pad of his thumb ran across my check bone in a slow circular motion. Unintentionally, I lent unto the warmth of his hands feeling the beat of Vladimir's beating pulse.

I also calmly closed my eyes and slowly breathed in a large breath of the natural scent and calone of Vladimir. Not being so close to Vladimir in two years I took in all that I could before we were disturbed. Faintly I can hear the deep dominant voice of Vladimir humming in approval of my actions towards him. Wanting to feel more of Vladimir's's skin I lifted my right hand and placed it lightly against his face. Unable to stay in our own little bubble an unexpected voice made me jump a little in my place.

"Once the two of you have done being all lovey dovey to each other. I think it would be best if we get on with what we are all really doing here." A female voice asked.

Out of the corner of my eye Venus inched his way even closer to stand next to Millicent with his arms crossed over his chest. It was Vladimir's turn to twist around one hundred and eighty degrees to face a smart looking female council member. He turned from being loving and caring man that I knew to the barbaric heartless monster he put up. I think that she was once of the woman that visited me before when they wanted to take over the farm for the first time.
