The students of Hogwarts wandered around the great hall, greeting friends and helping themselves to many different portions of food. The morning was the same as always.
The professors sat at the head table overlooking the students in the hall and chatting quietly amongst themselves. The Ravenclaws let out soft murmurs as they spoke to eachother, most reading or revising for their upcoming lessons. The Hufflepuffs talked excitedly to their friends, happy to be back in the castle walls. The Gryffindors were the rowdiest of the tables shouting across the hall to eachother and jumping up to say hello to their friends. The Slytherin table were livelier than usual, the excitement of being back together and gossip from last night's party getting the best of them.
Sat at the Slytherin table Elara and her best friends: Daphne, David, Theo, Blaise and Pansy. They quietly spoke of the embarrassing moments and laughs shared between them the night before with large smiles on their faces. Elara laughed as David flushed at the small smiles and teasing sent to him by Daphne. Her laughter caught the attention of many in the hall, who had already had their eyes on her. The small group had been so caught up in their conversation that they had failed to notice the many eyes trained on the young Black.
One of these stares cam from Harry Potter. He ignored the bickering of Ron and Hermione in favour of staring at the brunette he had been infatuated with since first year. He had asked her out several times since then but she had always rejected him, reminding him that they are cousins and stating she didn't see him like that. Despite this the two still remained friends and Harry still sometimes asked the girl to give him a chance with the encouragement of Ron.
As he gazed at her now he noticed how her attention drifted away from her friends and her face saddened. Unbeknownst to him she was thinking of Narnia, her home, and the people in which she encountered there. She missed them all so much they were her family. Edmund her brother and loyal friend, Susan and Lucy her sisters and some of the only people she could trust with all of her secrets, Caspian, Eustance, Reepichepp and everyone else she'd met. She missed them all. However, the one she missed most was, of course, her Peter. He was the love of her life and everyday spent without him by her side saddened her deeply. She still kept in contact with the Pevensies through letters and made sure to visit when possible but it wasn't the same as enjoying adventures with them in Narnia.
Elara's thoughts were interrupted by the doors to the great hall swinging open with an echoing bang. There stood the Weasleys, Malfoys, Tonks' and many officials from the ministry. Remus Lupin and Sirius Black also walked in alongside Astro and Leo Black. Elara instantly let a smile grow on her face at the sight of her family getting ready to jump from her seat to greet them before she was interrupted.
"Why have you called us here Dumbledore?" Fudge yelled at the elderly man.
"I'm afraid I have no idea what you mean." Dumbledore stood from his seat, "I was not the one that called you here."
Just as panicked murmurs erupted in the room a bright light blinded the occupants and a letter along with nine movies appeared at the head table.
McGonagall cleared her throat before reading the note out loud,
"Dear wizards and witches,
As you are all aware a war is on its way and yet you are extremely unprepared for the threats you will face. The people of the future have suffered immeasurable losses that could have been avoided if the situation was taken seriously from the very start. These nine movies will provide you with an understanding of events that have already taken place and reveal events from the future. Secrets will come to light and this knowledge will save countless lives.
The movies will centre around the life and adventures of Elara Black. Time outside of this hall has already stopped. Any necessary items will be provided shortly and you may not leave until all nine movies have been watched. More guests will be arriving shortly and if convinced may be able to help you with your war, if you help with theirs.

"Oh shit." Elara mumbled with widened eyes making eye contact with her brother who look equally as nervous. The girl made her way towards her father and brother.
"Hiya dad, hello Leo." She chirped standing next to them and ignoring the eyes of everyone else in the room. Every was interested in knowing why this girl was so important to the wellbeing of the future.
"If we could all be seated the first movie will begin shortly." Dumbledore said as the tables disappeared and were instantly replaced by couches and other seating arrangements.
Everyone began to take a seat, Astro making his way towards his brother whilst his children separated from him and joining Elara's friends.
