"Why do I recognise this road?" Natalia asked Elias, looking out of the window of the car with furrowed brows.
"I hope you recognise it. I'm pretty sure you spent a lot of time here," Elias pointed out, and suddenly it all clicked in Natalia's head.
Driving down the winding road, they eventually reached a mansion. It looked like it had been left untouched for years, which it had.
It was the Maldonado's mansion, Natalia's childhood home.
"How did you know where it was?" Natalia asked him and Elias shrugged.
"I have connections," He replied and Natalia raised her eyebrows.
"Connections?" She repeated and Elias sighed.
"Truth be told, I asked Enzo," Elias admitted and Natalia chuckled.
"I want one final day with the woman I love, okay?" Elias told her and Natalia smiled, leaning her head back against the seat.
"Okay," Natalia replied, squeezing his hand. "But stop saying final when we have the rest of our lives together, okay?"
Elias smiled, brushing his thumb over the back of Natalia's hand. "Okay."
He pulled the car up outside of the mansion, stepping out of the car and rushing to the other side. Elias opened Natalia's door, holding her hand and helping her out of the car.
"What a gentleman," Natalia commented as Elias shut the door, his hands looping around her waist.
"Have I told you how lucky I am to have a woman like you?" Elias commented, smiling as he looked down at Natalia.
"We've not even been here a minute. Please, don't get soppy already," Natalia replied and Elias chuckled.
Nevertheless, she placed a kiss against his lips, leaning back and biting her lip. Elias moved his arms from around her waist, holding Natalia's hand as they walked towards the front door.
"You don't happen to have a key, do you?" Elias asked, but Natalia simply leant onto her tiptoes, grabbing an object from the top ledge of the door.
Natalia showed Elias the key. "Now I do," She responded, unlocking the door and walking inside.
"God, I haven't been here for years," Natalia commented and Elias wrapped his arms around her waist from behind, resting his chin on the top of her head.
"Come on, Natty, aren't you going to give me a house tour?" Elias asked and Natalia smiled.
She managed to break free from Elias' grasp, walking away and gesturing for him to follow her with her fingers. "Hurry up, then," Natalia shouted after him and Elias smirked, chuckling to himself before following her.
"Now, there's the living room. That's where Estela, Enzo and I always fought about what to watch. I won, obviously," Natalia explained, walking further down the hallway.
"That's Enzo's room. I don't even know what happened in there when he was a teenager," Natalia told him and Elias chuckled.
"Enzo was a fuckboy?" Elias asked and Natalia nodded.
"Basically invented the term. I'm happy he's settled down with Evelyn now, they both deserve to be happy with each other," Natalia answered and Elias nodded.
"Yeah, they do," Elias replied, but he was confused as to why a smirk suddenly appeared on Natalia's face.
She didn't say anything, instead opening a door to a different room. Natalia dragged Elias inside, turning around and holding both of his hands.
