The plane's propellers face up, they begin turning quickly, like a helicopter, the plane rises up. There's about 6 propellers in total. When they get enough altitude, they begin moving forwards and the propellers switch to an airplane mode, moving quickly towards the ocean.

Lyra rests on her plane, suddenly it switches to hover mode. She sits up. "What's going on?" Lyra sits up. "Rose Kingdom's got their guns up!" One of the pilots shouted to her. "What do you mean?" Lyra walks over. "They've got Cosmic rifles aimed at us from their tower and won't let us land." The Co-Pilot explains. "Please, we have the Queen on board, we must land, we're low on fuel." The Pilot asks into his mic. He then turns to Lyra. "They won't let us land." He explains. While in the air, one of the Rose Soldiers blast at the plane. "We need to move." The Pilot turns the plane around and goes into airplane mode, causing the propellers to face forwards instead of up. One of the soldiers shot the propellers. "Hold it! Hold it!" The Pilot shouts as they slowly lose altitude.

Lyra holds on tight. "We've got something! We've got permission to emergency land!" The Pilot yells. "Where!? The Ocean!?!?" Lyra shouts. There's a thud and the plane screeches across, scratching and scraping the metal surface they've landed on. "Let's go." One of the guards say to Lyra, she nods and steps out of the plane to see they're on a CEA Sea Base. "Oh... We're here." Lyra looks around. "Queen Lyra." A man in black armor and blue stripes approaches. "King Tatunga welcomes you to the citadel." The Man gestures to a transport waiting for Lyra, she looks at her guards.

She looks out the window as they cross through the Cosmo Dome, she looks around at all the lights of the city, and the stars shining down. "This is a little different than I remember..." She says softly. The transport lands at the Citadel. Cosmic Guards wait for her and walk her through the halls. "Well, is that Lyra Leonard?!" Tav Laro walks slowly down the hall, holding his walking stick tightly so he doesn't fall over. "It's great to see a familiar face... you've grown so much since I've last seen you!" He gives a wrinkly old smile. "It's great to see you, Tav." She smiles back. "Please please, let us go to the Diplomat Room." Tav gestures as he waddles towards the elevator.

Lyra sits at a conference table. "So where's Azul?" Lyra looks around. "I know it's been a while, Queen Lyra... But I'm sure King Tatunga would rather you refer to him as Tatunga." Tav says quietly. "I see..." She nods. "It's been a rough few months for him... Ever since Kailani..." Tav lowers his head. "You see... I haven't seen him that madly in love since..." He looks at Lyra. "Well... ever. To be quite frank." He chuckles and lets out a cough. Lyra smiles awkwardly. "Listen. I have information that Tatunga would like to know about Kailani's death. A-and he's being screwed over by William." Lyra confesses. "How so?" Tav tilts his head. "The Rose Kingdom is using him for profit. King Serenio bought a bulk of poison the day before Kailani's death. The Rose Kingdom is abusing these unstable nations!" Lyra says.

She shows the evidence to Tav. "William Dark is profiting by taking your military's weapons and selling them to Rose." Lyra shows the trade trails. Tav sees all of them, including the CEA's. "Lyra." Tav looks at her. "Yes?" She asks. "For your safety, I highly recommend that you do not show King Tatunga these." Tav says. "Why?" She questions. "Being as old as I am, seeing the Royals in all different shapes and sizes... You come to understand the laws of fate." Tav sighs. "What do you mean?" Lyra sits up. "All Royals have their... flaws. No one is perfect, that's why they're human... but... I've learned that what creates us, often destroys us." Tav's eyes begin tearing up. "For Helios, it's courage. He was brave enough to become independent from the Cosmic Kingdom... Yet that courage ultimately put targets on his back." Tav thinks for a moment. "For Kailani, it's Love." Tav's lip quivers. "She had love for Tatunga. Love that even a Sk'nera like me could never even fathom. Lyra, she was the only one to truly love him... That Love became a threat in the eyes of her father..." Tav wipes his tears. "F-for Kadance... It's greed. Wanting to benefit from both sides, gives you a side. There is no neutrality in this world." Tav sighs. "What about Tatunga?" Lyra asks. "Rage. His rage will lead to his demise. There's a void in his heart that I don't think anything could ever fill." Tav gets quiet.
