In the winter, in the icy outdoor pool
When you jumped in first, I went in too
I'm with you even if it makes me blue

"No."

That's what he said. Y/n slammed her head on the table, wanting herself to dug under the earth so bad. The embarrassment was killing her.

"What's the matter, Y/n? Are you fine?" Nia asked in concern rubbing her friend's back, placing herself next to her. Y/n sat, sighing heavily. "See. You are sighing a lot since morning. Something wrong?"

She shared a glance with Nia, averting her gaze away, "I don't think I am." Her eyes fixated on his figure, who was standing leaning against the wall, of the classroom, talking and giggling with his friends.

She frantically looked away, when his eyes met with her. A smirk formed on the corner of his lips. He and everyone knows, that he is not a relationship type of person.

If she wanted something to lure the stalker and make it obvious, she should look for someone who is much more suitable, for the play.

By the way, why to fake, she can complain to the principal, or her parents. But she wasn't, instead asked for his help.

It made him uncertain. Unlike any other girl, she was so dense to read and that innocent looking face, can come up with the idea of fake dating him? Most likely to be, there were so much to unwrap about her.

"Stop staring at her, Nagi." He heard Reo chuckling, making him flustered. "I am not staring." He growled, walking past his friend, hitting his shoulder against Reo's.

As he settled down, the teacher entered the class, with a bundle of test sheets from last test. All students groaned in unison.

"Yeah, exactly. I have your results from last exam. Let's see, who is going through extra classes." The teacher grinned devilishly.

She distributed the exam sheets, coming back to her table. "So, who got the highest?" She rubbed her palms together, with a anticipated atmosphere. All head turned to a specific person, who eventually stood up.

A pressed smile on her lips, holding the paper in her hand.

"Y/n L/n. Well done, dear." The class clapped for her. A smile stretched on her lips, sharing a glance with her friend, who sat next to her.

"Sit down. Now, who got lowest. Let's guess, ok no need to guess, he is standing up himself." Teacher mocked, putting arms over her chest. "What now, Nagi Seishiro?"

Lazily looking forward and then around the class, he mused. "We had a important match, ma'am."

"Right! And last time? Your grandmother was ill, right?" The sarcasm dripping from her words. Nagi rolled his eyes, resting his hands on his table leaning forward, putting his weight on them.

"You might not pass this semester, Seishiro, if you keep on ignoring your studies. You were so good, last semester, what's wrong this time?"

He shrugged his shoulders, shaking his head, while his eyelids lifted, only to face her. Suddenly, he felt a bit self-conscious. The disbelief in her eyes, same unsettling gaze. He found it so annoying.

Wish i could change it.

The sudden echo in his head, filled his mind with dissatisfaction.

The class, went smoothly. As the bell rang, the students stormed out of the class. Y/n along with Nia was getting out as well, "Y/n?" When the teacher's call brought her back. "Nia, can you wait out for a moment?" Nia nodded walking out, leaving Y/n with the teacher.
