Later that evening

She sat across him in library, for the tutoring session. Brows furrowed, bottom lip between her teeth, chewing the tip of her pen, meanwhile.

Nagi was staring at her intently. He really has no idea, but there is something peaceful about watching her scribbling in her notebook.

However, his daydreaming was brought to halt, when her voice broke the silence, pulling him out of his trance.

"Done." She proudly claimed slamming her pen on the her notebook, and looked over him with a smile stretched on her lips.

"What? Already?" His voice dripping with mischief as he leans back on the chair, crossing his arm over his chest. He totally was impressed by her.

Even though she wasn't as bold as many girls, but never hesitates to go against wrong. She wasn't interested in real guys but fictional men. He knew she was different.

Different-in a sense where he finds it attractive. In very good and respectful way.

His lips curled in a smirk, while resting his chin on the palm of his erected arm, placed over the table.

"Yeah. You haven't?" The disbelief lingered in her voice as she pronounced. The way her brows knitted together, with scowl over her pretty face. He blinked twice before nodding slowly with a little laugh. "Nope. I did too." He spin his notebook now that it was facing her, rather then, staying upside down.

She raised her brow in amusement while running her eyes over the page. But then a quick scowl clouded over her face. "You were mocking me, weren't you?" She was slightly annoyed. It was written over her face.

"Oh! No, no. I wasn't." He laughed off, waving his hand in air. "Yes, you were." Y/n slammed her books shut, packing up.

"Hey? We are still on it."

"No, we are not." She walks abruptly out of the desk walking to the exit. He followed shortly after her, throwing his bag over his shoulder.

"Hey, hey! I didn't mean to sound like that. I just-" he rubbed his nape with a nervous chuckle, while Y/n turned to him throwing daggers that him, with her arms folded over her chest, and head tilted to on the left. The disbelief over her face was taking more space second by second. "Just what?" She snarled, stepping closer to him.

Just a step away from him to get chest-to-chest. Nagi's eyes widen, with her approach. She looked much more confident than ever, and absolutely pissed.

Okay, I should've thought before playing with her.

"I am sorry, if it bothers you so much." He tried to give off his best smile, wanting her to cool down. But her gaze drilling into his soul. He gulped, before sighing, "Alright. I do not suck at studies. Yeah, I am lazy and yes, I am sorry again. I really didn't mean to be disrespectful towards you."

His head leaned in closer to hers, whispering again; "Sorry." His breath brushed over her nose, bringing her back to her usual self. Her fixed, fierce eyes, cool down, bringing the light back in her eyes.

The breath in her throat caught up, when she realised the negligible gap between them. She blinked her eyes furiously, bringing her hands back to her sides. "It's...alright." she muttered, stepping out of the library, walking in the dim lit corridors.
