Part 33: Final Battle (Part 3)

The composite creature before them roared. A now titanic creature easily as big as the monstrous chimera Historia they faced earlier (if not bigger). A creature with a gigantic and barely human face composed of bits of Deliora, bits of Acnologia, bits of the Sunny and bits of whale skull, all oozing with black goop and with dead white eyes above razor-sharp jaws. And a roar that shook the night sky and landscape of that Magical space. And then a mixture of energy blasts (scientific and Magical) erupted from its horrifying maw straight at them. At the same time other familiar and unfamiliar attacks were thrown indiscriminately across the landscape.

Luffy and Natsu dodged the direct energy blast, flitting all around as no one spot was safe for long. Until Luffy stopped in one to inflate his body as an enormous human-shaped balloon, deflecting what looked like Franky's Rocket, Ussop's 'Midori Boshi: Take (Bamboo) Javelins' and a Dust Storm Spiral. "USING LONG-RANGE PROJECTILES THAT ACTUALLY WORK NOW?!? I GUESS HE REALLY IS DONE HOLDING BACK!!" Luffy called across to the Fire Dragon Slayer still dodging.

"GUESS SO.. (Natsu called back).. BUT IT ALSO LOOKS LIKE HE CAN'T REALLY CONTROL THEM!! I DON'T THINK HE'S FOCUSED ON JUST US, LOOKING AT THE LANDSCAPE.." Luffy looked to across the battlefield behind the creature, a way off from them, which was indeed being torn apart by fiery, icy and compressed air slashes as well as numerous projectiles. More so, even as he dodged while the creature rampaged, he now couldn't help but notice each type of attack from a body part of each of his comrades (and a few he wasn't so fond of). And each of those parts as they attacked... getting a little smaller??

"I DON'T THINK HE CAN PROPERLY REGULATE HIS MAGIC, LET ALONE CONTAIN IT. HE'S LOSIN' IT FASTER THAN HE CAN REABSORB IT! AND MAYBE IF WE CAN MAKE HIM LOSE IT FAST ENOUGH, HE'LL GO BACK TO PUNY SIZE?!?" In a short space of time where the two could stop dodging long enough to get close enough to each other and clearly see each other's faces, Luffy looked to Natsu with a gleam in his eye, and a defiant grin. "So basically... hit him, really hard!?", "And keep hitting him, really hard!!" Natsu replied with his own eye gleam and defiant grin. The pirate captain looked back to the titanic creature with shadowy limbs flailing, some now pointing multiple swords at the two fighters. And his defiant grin grew wider. "Sounds good to me."

As soon as Luffy finished saying this, a black-shadowy mass erupted from the creatures feet and stretched across the landscape, with shadowy hands emerging from the mass and reaching towards the two fighters. Natsu in response didn't dodge, but began sucking up the mass as if drinking a massive amount of water.

In fact the creatures next attack was one of Juvia's, Water Nebula! A move that came perilously close to drowning the pirate captain who found himself buffeted relentlessly between the two massive water pillars, had not Natsu rapidly consumed it. Still, it was difficult (even in Dragon Mode) to keep that much Magical water from quenching his innate Dragon's Fire, on top of all the elements he'd consumed so far making his movements sluggish as they settled. Lucky for him the captain in his current form was quick to recover and follow up with a counter attack of his own.

"Gomu-Gomu no... KING KOBRA!!!"

Luffy having wound his mega-stretchy arms with enlarged fists around his torso swiftly unleashed and flung them at the creature in a flurry of rapid fire punches. Even as the creature's own torso and face were buffeted by the punches though, extended jet black appendages, holding multiple bladed weapons, advanced towards the two. Three swords of which certainly looked like Zoro's imbued with Haki and another like Brook's coated in ice. Others looked like they might belong to Erza, one dowsed in flame, another crackling with electricity, and another with a mini-wind-cyclone encircling it.

Snikt!

Luffy couldn't believe he'd missed it until now. Traffy's sword hidden among the mass of blades now extended by his 'K-ROOM' ability, and now penetrating the ground below straight through Natsu's body!
