Part 32: Final Battle (Part 2)

"The lacrima you so outrageously demolished along with the others hidden amongst my Battle Arenas served their purpose well in gathering the respective energies of your comrades and Master Neinhart's Historias. And all that was left for me to do was to reap what you all had sown by my own tremendous power. So, do you two truly believe even now that you have the power to defeat your allies all at once? Because there is nought else you can do, other than surrender to me and grant me the power of The Trinity!!"

"WANNA BET!?!" Natsu roared charging with an ignited right fist aimed at Fullerman. "Water Slicer!" Fullerman declared as an aquamarine crystal on his now exposed bronze-like tunic illuminated, at the same time as an all too familiar water wave filled with blade-like constructs manifested from an extended hand from behind his back (that resembled Juvia's?) and hurtled towards Natsu. The Fire Dragon Slayer dodged quickly in the air, but with a twist of another hand (a blue webbed-one that resembled Jinbei's) the wave followed hitting him in midair full-force.

Luffy appeared to Fullerman's right, bringing a stretched-out right arm around for an up-close Gomu-Gomu no Bullet. But was met with an 'Ice Wall' (at the same time an icy-blue crystal illuminated) summoned by a shadowy appendage in the shape of Gray's arm. "Vernier!" Luffy heard him say from the other side of the Ice Wall, but disregarded it. The strong punch smashed right through the wall and towards Fullerman's face. But instead of connecting it went straight through. And the image of him shimmered.

Suddenly Luffy was surrounded by a dozen Fullerman's of varying sizes and body shapes, and both a pearl-white and a yellow crystal on each one's tunic glowing. He wasn't sure when exactly the Dark Wizard got the chance to absorb anything from Nami or copy her attacks, but the fact he was using it now against Luffy enraged the pirate. "GOMU-GOMU NO KONG GATLING!!!" Luffy screamed rapidly throwing his retractable arms in multiple directions, adamant to strike as many fake-Fullerman's as possible until he struck the real one.

"IRON DRAGON'S ROAR!!!" one Fullerman cried right next to him. A steely-grey crystal illuminated on his tunic and a wave of energy, interspersed with what Luffy could swear were shards of shrapnel, erupted from the Dark Wizard's mouth and hit him head on. Even with Haki-hardened skin, Luffy found himself held on the defensive with a cross-armed block. And could still feel tiny slithers of iron imbed in his flesh. "Now, Water and Ice Make: Needles!!"

The tiny shards of iron in his body were soon joined by the sharp, rapid-fire sting of thousands of icy needles from the joined Juvia/Gray arms, making Luffy grimace as the Dark Wizard's face twisted into a sadistic grin. "And now... LIGHTNING DRAGON'S IRON HAMMER!!!" Fullerman struck the ground with an arm that resembled Laxus', sending an electric wave surging towards the Rubber-Man.

An electric wave that really hurt him?!?

"Surprised?? I'm sure you thought electrical attacks would have no effect on you..." Fullerman declared haughtily, apparently unaffected himself by the lightning crackling around him. And was it Luffy's imagination, or was some of that energy going back INTO one of the crystals? In his moment's pondering, Fullerman appeared directly in front of him and brought a hammer fist down, knocking him to the ground. "...But take into account the sheer amount of iron piercing your insides right now, not to mention all the water around you!... And not just you!"

A smirking Fullerman leered at Natsu now on the ground close by severely cut and bruised by the water-blade constructs from before. And he didn't seem at all put off when a pained grin stretched across the Fire Dragon Slayer's face, even as that same mouth sucked in the lightning. "Modo Raienryu (Lightning Fire Dragon Mode)!" he finally said after devouring all the lightning from the last attack, and flipping back onto his feet with a now cocky grin.
