changmin watched his beautiful star drift into the rightful space of what he watched every night, he admired how pretty the prince of the stars looked, with the small crown that indicted he was indeed the ruler of the stars that shined every night and he adored it.
he admitted, that he loved everything about the lonely star who ruled over his kingdom. his smile, his laughter and how he calls the eclipse crazy over his own mind with laughter leaving his pretty pink lips that he wished to kiss and pamper.

but he knew, that even so, he wouldn't be able, because an eclipse and a star weren't meant to be, just like how the earth and the moon were never meant to be written into the stars who collected history.
"my dear star, what would your people think of us?" asked the eclipse as he found himself hovering over the prince of the stars with a worried look on his face.

the planets, and the solar system have broken too many rules. the sun shines, yet poor sunwoo seemed lost. the earth seemed normal, but it missed someone named kevin. the moon still spun, but it heavily loved the earth named jacob. the planets were there, but in their own ways.
and then there was them, the prince of the stars, the lovely chanhee that the eclipse changmin fell for, and the eclipse that was suppose to appear only every eclipse when the sun and the moon aligned to face the earth.

"my eclipse, they would separate us and torture us, even if i rule over them." he muttered out, the stars in his eyes losing their glint as the eclipse kissed the end of his pinkish lips, muttering nothing but sweet comforting words that held empty promises and wishes.
"my star.. don't just lose hope." and that was a promise he couldn't keep forever or till the ends of the universe.

"changmin— minnie, they would separate us, are you not afraid?" the star let out his tears and the eclipse only kissed them away, holding him strongly in his embrace as they continued to comfort each other in their last days.
surely, by now, the stars would know of their forbidden love— never to be written in the stars ever again but they tried.

oh how they tried.
