6.Breakfast

Maya's pov

I heard his voice. He is here. After 2 weeks I am going to see him. I ran to kitchen being very excited. I can't control myself.

There he is cooking. Akshu is sitting near him in kitchen slab. There are not bother of anything. They are talking and laughing. Suddenly my mind goes to early times where I am sitting next to him while he is cooking. I don't know cooking. While he is excellent in it. He loves cooking. He learned it when he is away from home for studies

Being daddy's princess, he don't want me to getting hurt when I was in kitchen, he appointed a cook for me when I was away from them. My parents didn't let me work in kitchen because I got hurt once I try to cook.

After marriage Nancy was appointed. She did cooking and cleaning. She is a big support for me. I also help her by doing cutting and cleaning. But cooking I am very bad in that.

I love food cooked by arjun. He also know that. After our marriage he also spent time with me while cooking. Kitchen is our favorite spot at once. This kitchen witnessed lots of our lovely moments.

It's also my wish to sit on the slab with our children in kitchen, when my husband is cooking. But my wish got fulfilled. My husband is cooking for us and my daughter is playing near him. But where is me? Did they really forgot about me.

Arjun is in his casuals. So he came night itself. But why he don't inform me about his arrival. Did our small become that much huge that he don't want to see me.

Akshu also changed to new dresses. So she wake up early. Why don't they bother to call me. I can see the new doll in her hands. So he bought it. They solved their problems. Suddenly akshu noticed me. I came out from my thoughts.

"Mama.. "

"Yes baby, good morning"

"good morning mama"

"See you got new doll"

"Yes ma, papa give me"

"It's too nice princess"

"Mama today papa is cooking. Look"
I turned to arjun who is busy in cooking.

"Arjun, when did you arrived?"

"Oh! I arrived at night itself"

"Why you don't come to room. I was waiting for you"

"Sorry, I went straight to akshu's room and i slept with her. I was missing her badly. I know she is angry with me. I don't want to make her upset. "

Oh! Little bit he know that how much I'm upset with him. How much I want to see him. How much I want to speak with. How much I want to spend time with him.

Everytime when he is out of house I always wait for his return. From the day of marriage I never went to bed early when he is returning to home. He knows that. But why didn't he came to room? He knows that I'm waiting for him right?
Did he really forgot about me.

I thought broken by the sound of plates.

"Breakfast is ready, let's go"

We settled in table.  I arranged food for akshu and served it to her. She is adamant to eat herself while I insisted her that I will feed her. At last she won. She is little I know she need help in eating. But she don't heard anything. Now mess the whole table.

We silently continue having breakfast. Today is sunday. Its holiday . I want to speak  to him. So this is the right time.

"Arjun, how was your journey"

"It's good"

"Meeting went well, right? "

"Yes everything went perfect. We cracked the deal"

"Oh that amazing! Congratulations Mr. Oberoi"

"Thanks"

"It's sunday right. Shall we go out? It's being so many days we go out"

"Yah. But after this meeting. I think to take rest. Shall we go out some other time? "

"Yes, fine"

He is in home after all these meeting and hectic flight. Yes he needs rest. He is working a lot these days . So let him rest. We should talk later.

We continue our breakfast.Suddenly his phone rings. It's dad. He takes the call

"Hello dad"

.....................

"Yes dad, that's great"

....................

"Sure dad, I will tell her."

.....................

"Ok dad"

After sometime he cut the call.

"It's dad right? What he told?

" Yes it was dad. There a party today at office. "

"Party today but "

"It's a success party. I told you that we cracked the deal. The party is for it"

"That's nice. "

"Since it is a huge project. All our employees deserve this. They worked a lot for this"

"Yah sure. I know even you missed the anniversary party due to this same project right? "

"Yes dad want us to reach there at the evening. "

"Ok, I can help him for the party"

"No he already make everything ready. He was damn sure about the deal already. "

"He is always had believe in you"

"Yes. Akshu is also coming with us. Make her ready ok"

"Ok"

After breakfast Arjun goes to room and take rest. I make akshu clean and change her into new dress everytime I worried about our falling relationship.

Let's think about it some other time. I want to arrange things for party....
