Natalie wakes up to the sound of her alarm clock. It was a day as any other.She took her phone from the nightstand to turn the annoying alarm when her eyes fell on the day and date...
<7:00 am, Monday> She was shocked "how could this be??" She thought to herself and sat up straight. She rubbed her eyes a few times to make sure that she wasn't hallucinating. Turns out...she really wasn't. "Did i really..?" Now she had a seed of doubt in her mind.
But then shaking it off she went on about her morning chores thinking "maybe i had a bit too much drink yesterday." She grimly remembered the news she had got and how she went drinking to drown her sorrows.
She went to work as usual after grabbing her daily coffee from a nearby cafe..but...."!!" Looking out the window of her taxi, she sees that there was accident.."The same accident..that i saw...yesterday." Now her doubt suddenly started to grow. One more and she just might beleive in the unbelievable.
And that one more was when she finally reached her office. Turns out even the calenders and clocks, everywhere it was showing the same thing. And this time she sure as hell was sober. All of this made her finally come to a realisation "I've traveled back in time..to yesterday."
With this realisation, she looks at the clock...and her heart drops. Yesterday, that is today- sometime later she'd get the news of her mom breaking her leg after falling off from the stairs. Without thinking of anything else she grabs her things and runs back to catch a taxi home.
