Emily started recounting what happened...
After Natalie went to wash her face..
[Emily's POV Flashback]
"I'll be back soon guys" i say to the guys on table and go away to get some coffee for later.
I was getting my usual, minding my own buisness. The waitress ringed me up. I got my coffee. Went out.
Everything straight and neat as usual.
But then....."!!" I crashed into someone "I'm sor.." but i never got to complete my apology and he didn't apologize either. On top of that he seemed to be in a hurry. He just brushed past me.
Now i dont know how to how exactly to describe this feeling i got but....it was that sort of gut punch,a gnawing feeling that something's wrong. Usually a busy person wouldn't exactly be a new sight but...this was somehow different. I felt it so i decided a while later to stealthily follow him..

He was rushing across everyone, almost Nobody paid him much attention so it was easier for me to stay hidden within the crowd and follow him.
He went past the cafeteria..past the office chambers...past the washrooms.. even past the employee lounge. He kept walking along and now it was increasingly suspicious since, it was also in the direction of the CEO's office. To my horror, my suspicion was right.
He seemed to have come to a halt in front of Mr.Anderson's (CEO) office. When he didn't see him he looked a bit frustrated so he started walking even more hurriedly back . But just after he passed the washroom, he seemed to have felt or noticed something because he turned around. I didn't have any time to hide. Before i could do anything, he pulled out a gun and..

Emily sucked in a deep breath. Closing her eyes shut as if to calm herself from her memories.
Everyone sat in a moment of silence, pondering over who it could be. Natalie realised it was the hooded figure she saw just before passing out. Just then the door of the ward creaked open and entered a woman.
It was Elena - Emily's older sister. She looked in and saw everyone inside , with a small smile she entered. Everybody greeted her. She went straight to Emily and hugged her tight.

Afterwards visiting time was over. Emily had been discharged. She was sort of lucky that the bullet had just missed the critical point.
Everybody said their goodbyes and gone home. Emily was to go home with Elena. Natalie returned home, changed into fresh clothes, washed her face and plopped down on her sofa - thinking about today's events..
