The last of my Luca ocs! Enjoy! Also, her name is on the top.

Age: 13 (because she is Luca's twin sister, and Luca is canonically 13.)

She is from a universe kind of parallel to Emilia's, where instead of Emilia, Cecilia takes her place as Luca's sibling. She is Luca's twin sister, and she is the oldest by 2 minutes.

Personality: sassy, caring, bossy sometimes, not afraid to speak her mind, lazy, curious, fun-loving, serious when she needs to be.

She is the oldest so she is often overlooked by her family, except Grandma and Luca. They thought she was "old enough to take care of herself and go it alone" as Grandma puts it, so now they don't give her the same attention they give Luca, and she is sometimes jealous of him for this, but her love for him gets the better of her. Luca often wonders why they don't give her much attention and direct most of their attention to him, and Grandma sometimes spends a few minutes scolding Cecilia and Luca's parents for this because "she's still too young to be treated like this." Luca is protective of Cecilia and she loves and appreciates her brother for this, as she finds him one of the only people who understands her.

Cecilia also has a large scar that starts on the right side of her hip (a girl's right, meaning a boy's left) and goes down to her tail. This is because of an accident that happened a few months ago where she met Alberto, but not formally (they couldn't see each other clearly).

One thing that Luca finds annoying is the nickname that Cecilia gave him when they were 5. She calls him "Lulu" and he HATES this. He also doesn't like the fact that Cecilia also calls him "little brother" or "little bro", even though she is only older than him by 2 minutes.

Best friends with: Luca (twin brother), Alberto, Giulia

Enemies: Ercole (she's neutral with Guido and Cicco)

Love interest: Alberto

She also has a small crush on Giulia.

People who have a crush on her: Alberto, Giulia (eventually), Guido

Nicknames: Trouble (Grandma), Ceci (Luca, Alberto and Giulia all use it generally), Shorty (Ercole, she hates when he calls her this, and they are mortal rivals because of this), Flower (Guido)

She is obviously a sea monster.

Birthday: November 20th (she was born on the same day that Luca was. They were both born in 1955, relatively speaking)

How she fell in love/started dating with her love interest:

It was after the "sea monster incident", and Cecilia went to find Alberto at his tower (since she wanted to side with him, but her and Luca are twins, so she felt like she had to side with Luca no matter what he did). One sad backstory exchange later, they were hugging it out as Cecilia started venting, and they both started hug-crying. A few minutes later they fell asleep together (tangled up in each other's bodies), and before they went to sleep, they had a small but passionate make-out session.

How she met Alberto:

(this might be kinda like a short little oneshot, but this is my only way to explain this)

It was a nice brisk night, and most of the fishermen from the human town were out fishing. Cecilia liked to go out at night and observe the human town from afar. She liked its shiny lights and beautiful tall silhouette, making the town look like a gorgeous, bright mountain, almost.

Cecilia was collecting shells, because she was making a necklace for Luca, until she suddenly stopped. She heard screams from nearby. Well, not really screams, but more grunts of discomfort, as if someone were trapped in something like, say...a land monster net!

Cecilia didn't know who it was, sea monster or fish, but she felt like she had to help. She swam over to the supposed net, following the subject's screams, and as soon as she found them, she started pulling at the net. She then realized she could just use her sharp teeth to cut the rope, and so she did just that, freeing the sea monster and saving the day.

"Cecilia saves the day! You're welcome." Cecilia says, quite proud of her accomplishment, but the other sea monster didn't hear her, and just swam away. They seemed to jump up to the surface to, I don't know, show off, before landing back in the ocean. Cecilia was about to just swim away before she saw the land monsters getting ready to throw a harpoon at the other monster. What Cecilia was about to do would turn out to be one of her biggest regrets.

"Look out!" Cecilia yelled to the other sea monster, but to no avail.

She quickly swam in front of the sea monster, trying to push them out of the way, before she felt it. The harpoon had made a huge scar on her tail, and she greatly felt the impact, blood now tainting the water. It also seemed that no matter how much Cecilia protected this other sea monster, they still got a small scar on one of their arms.

"ARGH! OUCH, OUCH, OUCH!" Cecilia yelped at the pain, and tried to hold her tail, but it still hurt a great deal. "UGH, SHARKS!" She winced, trying to hold her tail, but it still hurt so much.

The other sea monster swam away, seizing the chance when they could. But apparently, they didn't swim away. They just swam off to get something.

The sea monster then took a strip of seaweed and tied it as carefully as they could around Cecilia's tail.

"Here." The sea monster said in a rather masculine sounding voice, which made Cecilia lightly blush. She wasn't expecting that tone from them.

"Thank you." Cecilia said before looking into their eyes. Cecilia didn't quite know what color their scales were, but the poor thing had blood coming out of their scar too. All that Cecilia could notice though, were their eyes. Their mesmerizing green eyes. She had never seen eyes like theirs before. They shone like emeralds in the moonlight.

"No problem." They, or rather he, said quite nonchalantly, not giving a care in the world as to what grave state Cecilia was in, or what dangers she just saved him from. He then swam away into the big blue, never to be seen again.

"...WHAT?! That...ungrateful moron...didn't even say thank you! Even after I saved him like that! UNNECESSARILY, MIND YOU!" Cecilia said that last part as if she was yelling it to the sea monster she just helped. She really did risk her life for a complete stranger.

Cecilia swam back home, or tried her best to, wincing as her tail tried to move. The next day, she would have to explain to her awestruck mother just what had happened, and that incident would be used against her for the rest of her life.
