Shell & the glasses

Piggy buckled up his trousers and shifted up a sock. It was now a day later, the shined once again. Everyone went back to what they were doing. Piggy, Ralph, SamnEric, and some of the littluns returned to the shelters.
Things felt unpleasant, considering what Ralph remembered yesterday. He sat along, looking down at the sand as if it could change something from what he's thinking that he cannot get out of his head.

Piggy sat behind him.
"Piggy" Ralph spoke.
"Are you the only one left?"
"There's some littluns-" respond Piggy
"They don't count. No biguns?"
"Oh SamnEric they're collecting wood"
"Nobody else?"
"Not that I know of"
The two stood silent. Ralph looked back at the sand then back at Piggy.
"Piggy" Ralph played with his lips.
"Huh?"
"That was murder"
Piggy gave him a shocked face like he had said something offensive.
"Stop it! what good are you talking like that?"
Piggy yelled.
"It was dark and that bloody dance, there was thunder, lightning and rain Ralph! we were...scared"
"I wasn't scared, I don't know what I was. They took Y/n, they took Y/n. I should've gone with her" Ralph looked down at the grass disappointed of himself.
"It wasn't your fault. You told her to be careful and she wasn't careful."
"Oh Piggy" Ralph whined, burring his head between his legs and arms. Piggy was silent, then lean down to Ralph.
"He had no business crawling out of the dark like that, he was batty, he asked for it, it was an accident."
Ralph still had his head down.
"And I'm sure she's fine, of course she'll get captured easily." Ralph lift up his head.
"I'm scared she's..." Ralph paused.
Piggy looked at him.
"Do you...like her Ralph?" Ralph swing his head to look at Piggy and gave him a disgusted look.
"No! I'm mean-I-I don't know" his expression went back to concerned.
"Oh, I'm frightened of us, I want to go home"
Piggy put his hand on Ralph's shoulder, but shrug off the human contact.
"We were in that dance"

The savages stayed at the castle rock. Everyone sat sad a round in front of the chief, which he was sitting on his throne and Y/n stand right next to him. Roger sat the edge of the Cliff, while playing with his loose tooth. There was also a tied up littlun called Wilfred. His sobs can be herd, making Y/n feel horrible, she watched as he wiggled with fear on his face.
"Tomorrow" went on the chief.
"We shall hunt again" he pointed at the savages.
Some of you stay here to improve the cave and defend the gate. I shall take a few hunters with me and bring back meat. The defenders of the gate will see that the others don't seek in."
A savage raised his hand.
Y/n was lost in thought. The memory that she witnessed yesterday, in the dark forest, hearing Dorothea's blood shedding screams played in her mind, over and over again. Images of that scene flashed like a camera. It overwhelmed her brain.
Y/n's hands shook. All of that could have been her. She could've been in that position, Dorothea's fate, the tribe's next meal to feast on.
She will never be here for long, chances she would be next. Reasons for why they kept her.
The chief stood abruptly from his throne.
Tomorrow will hunt and win we've got meat, we'll have another feast."
"Chief" Bill raised his hand.
"Yes"
"What will be used to light up the fire?"
The chief's blushed was hidden behind the painted mask. He stood silent as the tribe murmured.
"We shall take the fire from the others"
Y/n's raised her head.
"The rest of you can go to sleep as soon as the sun rest" the chief said, then turned to Y/n.
"As for you too" he grin. Y/n gave him a glare.
"We'll leave as soon as the sunsets" the chief said.
An idea popped in Y/n's mind, that will be her chance to leave as soon as everyone goes to sleep and Jack, Maurice, Roger and some others will leave. Where she'll reunite with the other boys.

It was now sunset. Jack and the some of the other boys left, while the rest stayed and Y/n left on the throne. She had her eyes close, pretending to be asleep, until the boys were in their slumber. Jack gave her a kiss on the fore head before leaving.
When she herd snoring, she peek through with one eye. Every boy were asleep. Y/n got up from the throne and tipped toed down from the castle.
She had to be careful to not wake up the boys.

It was all quiet at the shelters. The boys were asleep. Piggy and Ralph shared one shelter, SamnEric shared other. Y/n peeked into every shelter, only to see the littluns.
She gave a smile and relief that the ones, still here with Ralph are okay.
"Ralph" she whispered-yelled. She crouch down to another shelter and spotted the two boys; Ralph and Piggy, sleeping peacefully. One of them was snoring. She started at Ralph before stepping into the shelter. Lightly, she moved right next to Ralph's sleeping figure, where his arm lay on the pile of sticks.
"Ralph"
The fair hair boy stayed asleep. His mouth was a bit open. Y/n placed her hand on his warm cheek.
She called again "Ralph."
The boy still didn't wake up. She removed her hand off his cheek and placed it on his shoulder and lightly shook him. Ralph rapidly batted his eyes, trying to adjust them. He was now able to see Y/n looking down at him.
"Y/n?" His eyes was squinted. he laid up, not taking his eyes off of her.
"You-you're okay"
The girl nodded.
"Ralph what—Y/n?" Piggy woke up, seeing the girl back.
"You two—Jack is coming—he's gonna—"
Y/n tried to warn the boys but a voice outside the shelter called out.
"Piggy~" it said in a playful manner.
"That's him" she whispered.
"Oh Piggy~"
Piggy shuttered.
"Piggy come out"
Y/n grabbed both Boys shoulders.
It kept getting closer and closer then it went silent.
All of sudden, the shelter was knocked down and the group of the familiar savages started grabbing Piggy.
"Hey-leave him alone!" Y/n grabbed one boy's arm to pull him away but for kid was quite strong. Then others armed her, making her screaming. She kicked and shake to try to escape. But one boy that grabbed her squeezed.
The boys got Piggy's glasses and ran away taking her along.
"Ralph!! Help me!"
"Y/n!" Ralph ran but stopped. He watched as they dragged her by both arms, while screaming.
"My specs!" Piggy said.
