Louise almost doesn't remember anything from her time before Bahrain. Her parents never told her. She knows she came here when she was four. Her parents were always super nice and caring for her, even tough she sometimes got bullied in school, because her parents were very old. She didn't mind, but other kids probably did. She was going to an english school, because english was much easier for her to learn, then arabic. That's one of the most difficult languages in the world.
When she went to an English school, she met a girl. Her name was Aliyah. Aliyah was the only girl in school who Louise really liked. They shared everything with eachother and had a very strong bond. Aliyah was in Bahrain, because her dad was working here for a few years. When Louise and Aliyah were 17, Aliyah needed to go France, were she origanally came from. Louise was desparate. She wouldn't see her best friend anymore for atleast 3 months.
She facetimed almost every day and still had a very good bond. But while Louise moved away, she got more time to spend with her parents who were already getting to their senior years. Louise always noticed that she didn't look like her parent, but she didn't ask. It did not really concern her. They probably just wanted to protect her.
When she was 19, her father got cancer. There was nothing to do about it and she knew this moment would come, but it still hurts. She spend a lot of time in the hospital and she was always by his side, with her mom. On a sunday in march, Louise got to the hospital to visit her dad, but it was already to late. Her dad had died. She quickly called her mom, to tell her to come to the hospital. When her mom saw that her dad died, her mom couldn't hold the pain. Her mom has never been without her dad and couldn't live without him. The dead of her dad hit her so hard, that she died a week later.
But before she died, Louise was visiting her mom. She was in a bad state and really depressed. Before she died she told Louise some important words.
My Ise, I hope you will forgive me. But we aren't youre real parents. I am really sorry to tell you about this now, but it was for the best. I hope you will forgive us and know that we will always love you no matter what. Youre real family lives in France, but the last time I saw youre dad, was when you were four. I wish you the best in life, but now its my time to go. Love you, Ise
And then she passed away. Of course, I was sad, but also relieved. My mom, what apperantly wasn't my real mom, was now in heaven with my father. I will always call them my mom and dad, because they were a mom and dad to me. It was like I kind of expected to not be their real child, but I didn't really mind. I hate that my parents passed away, but there is something worse. My real parents left me. I don't know why, so I can't really blame them, but just that I never got to see them. They probably also don't want to see me.
After my parents passed away, I stayed in Bahrain. My parents didn't had very much money, so I couldn't move away from here. I also know everyone here and its just my neighbourhood. I studied art, because I always thought I wanted to become an artist. But when I finished studying. I came to the point that I actually didn't really like art. I tried another study, but failed after a year. I didn't really know what I wanted to do, so I deciced to take a gap year and see where I come.
------------------------------
This is probably the last past chapter, as I don't know what to write about the past anymore, so the next chapter will probably be present and their will sometimes be little flashbacks from the past, but they will always be announced, so you don't have to worry about that. Sorry for my english, it's not really good.
Have a good day! x
