TOP GUN: Rooster

As May Gunderson have a brunch with Jake Seresin as they sitting in the vacant table. May want to break the silence as she was curious about Jake , while they are eating peacefully. Some people pass at them  nod at Hangman direction.

"I did not know your an elite Top Gun pilot Jake so what is your call sign?" as May Gunderson quips.

"Well you didn't ask me Jellybean , and its Lt. Commander Hangman " as Jake takes a bite of his food. 

"That's a badass callsign you got instead of mine got from an animal" as she muse. 

As Jake smirks at her as he knows her callsign is Hummingbird. 

"Why Hummingbird , May?' as he is done eating and take a drink from his water bottle. 

"It don't have a callsign anymore Lt.Hangman....." as May says to him.

Them Hangman raise his eyebrow at her by her defense as he take this a  cue that she doesnt want to talk about it. 

Then May Gunderson turn to look at him as she raise her eyebrows at him confuse on how did he know. 

But until they are interrupted at someone behind Hangman and it is the dagger team of Top Gun graduates and not the least captain Rooster with their food carry. 

"Mind we take a seats Lt. Hangman" as Rooster inquires. 

Then May Gunderson see Bradley in his own glory with his dagger team behind carrying thier plates with food.  As she pause to look at him and Bradley turn to look at May Gunderson with his bomber jacket as he smiles at her. 

"Well it isn't Captain Rooster  and the squad there's a plenty of seats here......" as Hangman ironically annoyingly says that he is interrupted to have talk with May. 

The dagger team look between the two of them because of unexplainably tension. As May gladly interrupts them . 

"Don't mind him Captain Rooster  you may seats with us" as May Gunderson genuinely smiles at the dagger team and to Bradley. And some dagger team nod to her as they finaly take the seats. 

"Why don't you introduce her to us Bagman since when did you meet?" as Phoenix says to him. 

"The names Natasha Trace - Lt.Phoenix " as she introduce to May Gunderson. 

"Lt. Robert "Bob" Floyd. 

Lt. Reuben "Payback" Fitch. 

"Lt. Mickey " Fanboy" Garcia"

"Nice meeting you all the names May Gunderson or you can call me May for short  I'm the representative of SANS Aeronautical Engineering department  as they shakes their hand at her as they greet her welcome. 

"Well as for meeting Bagman here , he just luckily save my ass at my first day at camp" as the dagger team chuckles by her response. As Phoenix takes this as good vibe as she take her humorous callsign.  Then Bradley scoffing laugh at her as  Jake look though Mays eyes as he shake his head.

The dagger team eventually chat one another while they ate as they want to know on how she got here by Bagman. 

Then Rooster look at Hangman again. 

"So that is why he's late..........." as Rooster says raising an eyebrow at Hangman.  As Hangman have a toothpick in his mouth as he look at the other way. 

"And you tell me you just say it outright at him?" as Phoenix says. 

"Ummm yeahh , look i just caught up in the moment " as May beguns embarrassing says it to them as she remembers what she said to him.
