Past Lives

*Present time in Top Gun 

A gloomy weather in Top Gun base so they stop the flight exercise for now as they expected the rain sooner or later. 

Still the past days of camp is exciting notheless as the Dagger team continue to teach and lecture the naval aviators. 

But as the dagger team getting bond and have make friends with the navial aviators  like the Bayou team , Captain Rooster notice May Gunderson unusual behavior for the past few days , she isn't the usual making a conversation around the dagger team as she used to be instead of joining with them she making up excuses to have an early task need to be done and eat early on as she is something needs to be done first well she still talks to Hangman but not the usual teasing each other and mocking each other as usual , she is just quiet sitting there with them , at first Bradley first though is reasonable at first but  the past few days  of camp somethin stirs him as he make assumptions of avoiding him and that confuses him , whenever he makes a small talk with her , she just make a quick response and ending the conversations but still genuine. 

But the dagger team did not mind of her quiteness as Snake is just lightening up the mood by explaining to them "Don't worry about her Cap she's just  serious and thinking too much from the lectures and lessons and also maintaining our jets. 

As Hangman hears this he is just grunt by this response , when the other night he accidently sees May at first he just thinks is just coincidence and but when he sees her every middle of night  he bring Maverick to get to see what May is doing. 

"Hangman you need to let May do her own thing, we cant let May disturb the programme on her and  i know what your thinking"

"What you can't just let her be in that room to learn , you know the best way to learn is to do in the air" as Hangman says to Maverick.

"I know but it is not our place is the Admiral Beau orders , she is not ready to fly"

"Since when do you follow Admiral Beau orders?"

"This discussion is over Hangman got it and do not interfere " 

 At the end of the room where nobody comes in of the office from were is the near office of Admiral Cyclone, May is studying with many pile of books and folders of activities need to do and talking to the whiteboard as she makes an illustration of the case in flight  herself muttering about the special programme of Admiral Cyclone gives the task to her to complete to be able to fly. 

But when he comes the next night to confront her there is no sign of May in that room. 

*Meanwhile the dagger team is talking to each other

"What your thinking Hangman?" as Rooster says to him. 

"Nothing of your concern Captain Cockadoodle" as Hangman muse. 

'Why am i even asking" says Rooster. 

But the dagger team notice in the activity there is no sign of May Gunderson around especially in the morning.

"Hey guys do you know where May is ?"as Ed says.

"Nope not this morning" as Bob says.

"Well she's not taking my calls to her" as Rooster says sadly. 

As Hangman grunts again as he put the gum though his mouth to chew to distract himself as  he didn't say to everyone he also not received any calls and text from May. 

But Maverick sense the team unenthusiastic atmosphere until he interrupt them.

"Don't worry guys she is not avoiding you guys , she  just says to me that she needs to be alone for now and not wanting to interrupt your duties  , she made a request an excuse to me this morning that she just needs to visit her loved ones." as Maverick gently says.
