During the time when everything in the city was collapsing, Curtis had been crushed by a falling piece of debris. He managed to escape virtually unharmed, only his arm was hurt and broken in the accident. In the following weeks, it had yet to heal. There wasn't much they could do about it. He just had to carry all the food and water one handed.
"Curtis?" Sage asked. He nodded, as if to ask them what they wanted to say. "How do you plan on getting to these farther shops?" He wondered for a moment. "I guess since the city is full of rubble, I'll run through the train tunnels or something. I mean, it's not like there's going to be a train coming through here any time soon." He laughed.
As he laughed, a loud horn rang through the station. Sage blocked their ears. And unexpectedly, a train came thundering through the station. A small piece of paper flew out of the side of it, Curtis snatching it out of the air before it could fly away. "There are more of you. You just have to wait."
