Trial by tale

" Oh dear, what have you done now? " the nurse asked as she was looking at my ankle.

Apparently, the school for Evil didn't even have an infirmary, so I had to teleport all the way to the other school.

" Lady Lesso dropped me. " I said simply.
" She what! As punishment then, or... "
" I think so. I almost set her favorite on fire. "

The er nurse looked at me both questioningly and shocked.

" Okay then... Your ankle is fortunately only a little twisted and not broken. The evil news perhaps is the fact that you can't heal it with magic. " she said a little sympathetically as she did some final dings on my ankle.
" You shouldn't lean on the foot too much so definitely don't walk either. Since you already teleported in here, I don't think that will be a problem for you. When you rest or can sit down, you put your foot up at all times, understood? " she said in a played stern voice.

I nodded and gave her a fake smile. I wanted to ask if I could get some ice cream, but I didn't get time for that. I was suddenly no longer in the infirmary, but rather in the school library for good measure. Of course, the idiot who had conjured me there I don't think knew about my ankle yet, so I arrived there in a standing position. " Ooh the two lovebirds. Madam ' I tried to kill her ' and sir ' I know what women want '. " I said sarcastically. " But what does that have to do with me? With us? "
