A/N :Helloooo!
I know I haven't posted in a while, I've just had a lot of school. Anyway I just randomly thought of this today so I'm posting it. I also kind of had that girl who writes poems on TikTok in my mind, so some credit to her I guess. I'm also doing poetry in school so I guess that helps as well. Reminder if anyone has any story or oneshot ideas that they want to see come to life please comment them, I'm kind if also in a bit of a rhyming slump. Anyway happy Easter and especially happy reading!

They say I'm 'one of their best friends' everyday,

But if someone asked them what they think of me, what would they say?

Here's what I think:

"Oh, her? She's nice I guess.

Though she's really just a giant nerd and mess at best.

Honestly she's a bit of a burden,

I only keep her around so I don't fail my learnin'.

And she's not even that funny,

She's always trailing us like a lost puppy.

Following us literally all around,

I feel bad for all the other people she's found."

You might be thinking, 'Hey, why do you keep them around, do tell ?'

Well when you like me, you've got nothing else.

Anyway this is what I think they would say at best.

And at worst? I don't even want to guess.

A/N #2 (Sorry I just feel the need to say this). If you feel like this as well, or just need someone to talk to, my messages are always open. I know I sometimes feel more comfortable talking to some random person because they won't judge me. Just don't go through anything hard without someone, even if it's just a need to talk helpline or a friendly author on Wattpad.
