Light streaming through the little square window of the dorm had started to make you stir. The lively chatter of your roommates brought you fully to consciousness. They were flurrying around from room to room getting dolled up and seeing what the other thought.Once they had realized you were awake you were all but dragged out of bed to get dressed. Even though you were meeting new people you still wanted to be comfortable so you opted for some jeans and your favorite colored hoodie and your choice of sneakers.
However you felt like you were getting ready in slow motion and anything the girls said seemed blurred. You were nervous out of your mind to hang out with a bunch of people but what was pushing you over the edge was knowing the person who seemed to hate you the most in the world would be there. You tried to get any more information out of your friends but they refused to answer, leaving you in the dark. Wendy reminded you what she had promised you last night, still that didn't calm your nerves.
The plan was to meet the boys group for lunch together and then go out shopping. They said we'd start together but Bebe warned me the other two would most likely run off with their boyfriends. Great.
The girls said the place was close enough to just walk so that's what you guys opted to do. After about ten minutes of walking you arrived at a little hole in the wall place and went inside. Upon entering the three lit up, you assumed because they had seen their friends, and you followed them to an already occupied table.
"Long time no see," Wendy joked to a boy with black hair and she pecked his cheek so you assumed that was her boyfriend. Bebe made a gagging noise which got a few chuckles from the group as you guys sat down and joined the boys.
"And who's this lovely lady," Said the blonde boy you ended up sitting next to. By his outfit you bet a decent amount of money his favorite color is orange.
"y/n, it's nice to meet you all," You said quickly, hoping they would move on and start a different conversation.
"She's new to town," Wendy added and you could feel all the eyes on you.
"Sick, I'm Kenny," The boy took your hand and shook it. You prayed he didn't notice how clammy your hands felt.
Suddenly roaring laughter was heard from the other end of the table, and a boy who seemed a little overweight to you was the culprit. Kenny turned to you.
"And that balloon we call Cartman," he snickered. The bigger boy tried to glare at him but he failed to stop his boisterous laughing.
"Full ride girl," Said the black haired boy, causing you to turn your attention to him and he smiled, "I'm Stan, Wendy's boyfriend."
"And since you probably can't hear since they're by Eric, the boy next to Nichole is Tolkin, her boyfriend." Wendy continued for him and you could see the boy manage a wave.
Kenny was nice enough and you assumed the loud mouth at the end of the table was no scholar. And if your hater was Stan or Tolkin you assumed either of them would treat you differently. All that was left was the boy that sat across from you.
"Kyle got nerded out by a girl!" The boy you now know as Cartman blurted out. You turned your attention to the boy in front of you and your heart skipped a beat.
He was wearing a green hat that seemed to be taming curly red hair. His jaw was locked tight and he seemed to have a slightly hooked nose. Freckled littered his face and his bright green eyes seemed to be very interested in staring down at the table. Oh no.
Stan nudged the boy's arm and he said a small 'hi', never looking up from the table. Luckily a waiter came to your table and that seemed to distract everyone. It seemed only you caught the piercing glare the boy shot you before he turned his attention to the waiter as well.
