Sister Krone was very watchful of the children indeed. Especially the older ones. Whenever she had time, she would call y/n over but never got the time to ask her any questions.

Sister Krone was rather fond of the female. She couldn't take her eyes off of her. She knew she was different and that she'd seen her before but from where? Sister Krone even looked up her background. Number 55384 was unknown.

"Rats." Sister Krone had muttered that night Isabella gave her the assignments.

Y/n currently sat underneath her tree, and playing with a small gadget. Apparently she recreated a phone and found the ear piece to go with it. She fixed it up and was excited to try it out. Isabella knew of this and decided to let the girl keep it. 'What could she possibly know of phones anyway?'

That's where Isabella was wrong. Y/n knew a lot and she was not planning on wasting her knowledge. After trying for hours she got it to work and she started using it. This phone she realised was quite different for the ones in their time. It looked way more modern.

Norman popped up beside her, giving his signature smile. "Whatcha up to?" He asked her. Y/n returned his smile with a small one. "I'm trying this phone." Norman outstretched his hand. "May I?" She handed it over and he looked at the phone. "This sure is weird. I like it. Interesting."

The h/c haired teen felt her cheeks begin to heat up once more. Was it because Norman was close by? She takes back the phone and inserts the ear piece. She looked at the ends of it and puts one in her ear and the other in Norman's.

Her eyes widen as she listened to the sounds it was making. "Oh, I know what this is called!" She said, "music!" Norman starts to nod along to the music, clearly enjoying it. Y/n uses her finger to scroll through the phone. "It works with the use of touch." She told Norman.

"These 'music' are dated back to the oldest of the 21st century. 2019, 2020...wow. So many years ago!" She tells Norman. "It really is interesting. Why did we come to live in a society like this today?" They sat side by side and thought long about their situation.

"You know, Emma, Ray and I have been discussing lately, how we're to escape. We checked out beyond the wall and it was pretty high off the ground to begin with. Beyond that wall, Emma saw a bridge and then trees. We don't know what awaits us now. We've got two enemies on our tail, and trackers. But we don't know where they're located as yet so we can break them." Said Norman.

Y/n looked at him, her eyes widen. She's never seen this side of Norman. Serious, calm, relaxed. With her he was always so happy, which she never liked. Always so happy, kind, and apologetic.

"Don't worry." She said, placing a hand on his shoulder, "we're all getting out of here. Me, you, Emma, and Ray-" "what about the younger ones?" Asked Norman. "Emma wanted all of us to escape!" Y/n shakes her head. "That is impossible."

He shakes his head, "we can do it. Trust in Emma." The way he spoke of her so highly, the way his eyes always had that glint when he spoke of Emma, made y/n feel uneasy.

She didn't know why but that just made her sort of dislike Emma from time to time. Norman stands slowly and stretches his hand out for y/n. She looked at it and grabbed on, standing beside him.

Later on sometime the four meet up discussing the trackers. "Behind the ear?" Asked Norman to Emma. "Yes, I always knew of it but I didn't know what it was exactly up until now. Sorry!~" "no it's fine! It's totally okay!" Said Norman. "Now that we know the size of the tracker, and where it's located it'd be easier for us to extract it using the right materials, without us triggering off a notification if they have any on." Said y/n.

"I agree." Says Ray. "Right!" Emma and Ray went ahead while Norman and y/n stayed back pretending as though they were looking for the ball Emma 'lost'.

They walked back to the house, only to find Sister Krone standing and taking care of the younger children, but still watching the older ones with eyes of a predator.

Sherry ran over to Emma, Gilda, and Don begging them to play tag. "Okay fine, we'll play tag now. We just have to wait for Norman-" "I'm here!" Said Norman, smiling at Emma. "Hi Norman!" She looked behind him spotting y/n. "We're about to play tag, wanna join us?" She asked. Norman gave her a small nod and y/n mutters out, "yeah sure whatever."

They were about to pick who was IT when Sister Krone volunteered. "I'd like to play too! I'll be IT!" Emma, Norman, Ray and y/n share a look. "Okay!" Yelled a little one. They giggle running off, and Sister Krone stood there a little longer watching as the younger ones run off, and finally the older kids. She smirked, counted to ten, and off she went; her time limit was 20 minutes.

In less than seconds Sister Krone was able to catch the little ones. She was right behind Emma, who managed to slip away, grabbing with her two of the younger ones out in the open. Next she saw Norman and y/n. Y/n who was slow couldn't catch up. "She's playing this game for real!" Yelled Norman to y/n. Y/n started slowing up even more and panting.

Norman knew what he had to do, and so he picked her up bridal style and increased his speed, disappearing as well. "Oh so that's how it is!~" yelled Sister Krone. "No man left behind! You're all such interesting teenagers! I don't suppose ONE of you know of the gate hmmm?!" Emma hid behind a rock, panting and holding her breath as she covered her mouth, with the other younger children.

Ray was somewhere in a tree, and Norman hid y/n inside a giant hole of another tree while he took off running elsewhere leading Krone on, Ray doing the same.

Sister Krone caught sight of Emma yet again and launched for her. "Gotcha!" She looked down at the orange haired teen. Emma huffed, but quickly fixed her smile.

Sister Krone was yet again on Norman's trail, chasing after him and stretching her hand. Time was running out. Y/n came from out of no where and dashed pass her startling Sister Krone. "Oh no you don't!" She turned and ran to grab her but stopped just as Y/n stood behind her, Norman stood on top of a giant boulder, and Ray tapped her arm. "Your time is up."

Y/n's breath hitched. This woman was too good.

'These children..are truly Elite.' Y/n, Norman, and Ray went back to the others. They cheered seeing that they managed to beat Sister Krone. "She was so fast." Said Y/n, out of breath and panting. Norman raised a brow at her. The way she got tired so easily made him question some things about her.

Isabella walks out moments later and the children all run to her, hugging her tightly. "Mom!" They yell. Isabella smiled at them and pats each of their heads.

That night the four of them were in the library discussing what they've learnt so far. "I think we have to be more watchful of ourselves." Said Norman. "Oh? I mean. They're no listening devices, no speakers...what do you mean Norman?" Asked Emma. "I mean, there's probably another enemy around here."

Y/n's eyes widen and she takes a step forward, "you mean..." Norman nods, "yes. There's a traitor among us." Norman eyed Ray and y/n, and they look at him nervously. Emma gulped.

As the females walked along the hall Emma started to look at every single person they saw. Sister Krone, Isabella, Phil. Y/n's eyes sharpened at Gilda, and Emma takes notice. ".....Gilda..."

She was acting pretty strange with Emma. Perhaps.
