Wednesday's POV

I walked through the halls, focusing my gaze on the nauseating pattern on the wall. Students pass me in the halls but none of them dare touch me. Serves them right. Too bad, I would've added them to my skull collection back at home. Katrina was still in the room, she was nervous to leave the room since we were still on suspension. It was Thursday. Two more days and well be freed.

One lucky pair of students came up to me, hoping to gossip. "Did you hear about Larissa?" One of them said. Larissa? I thought. "Who is Larissa?" I questioned, subtly knitting my eyebrows together. "Mrs Weems." They said, as if it was the most obvious thing in the world. "Larissa.." I whispered quietly to myself. I got weird looks from the students who were still breathing the same air as me. I left without saying a word and continued walking forwards to find Katrina.

Yesterday was unfortunately awkward in the library and I was half desperate to try and find her. But, I couldn't say anything, or else everything would go wrong. Because... God, I couldn't even admit to myself the truth. I saw Katrina sitting on the floor looking out of my side of the window because it was clear. I opened my mouth to say something but stopped for a brief moment to look into her eyes. They were almost like a murky river, hiding so much more than what lay on the surface. I had yet to uncover her deepest darkest secrets that are resting at the depths of her soul. I didn't realize how long I was staring until Katrina snapped me out of it. Literally. She snapped in front of my face. "Hey! What do you need?" I blinked slightly and told her what had happened. "Larissa?" She questioned.

"But, that's-"

"The name on the site, yes. She is connected to this. We just need to figure out how." Katrina had her eyebrows still furrowed. "If it was my last name, but Ms. Weems first, and my mom had the pen, which was in the cellar she refused to let me in, they are both involved in this, but why?" I shook my head. "I must say, this case is more challenging than I previously thought it would be." I admitted, and quite frankly, I wasn't lying. "I'm so fucking tired of this.." Katrina grumbled. "Watch your mouth, it's unnecessary." I warned her.
