Percy pov
When I wake up I am on an island. I try to look around but I'm so tired I can barely move. A girl that looks a bit like Zoe walks over and says "you need to rest young hero you are still wounded." I follow her advice and promptly fall asleep.
When I wake up I'm alone. So I get up from the bed and walk around slowly since my body is very tired. I see the girl and ask "do you know where I am and who are you?"
"you are on Ogygia my home and prison and I am Calypso. Now you need to go back to sleep you are barely standing." she says
"alright but when I wake up how about we tell each other our stories." she nods her head in agreement and I go back to bed.
When I wake up me and Calypso start talking I tell her about how I am a god that died and was reborn and how I was dating Artemis. She was very surprised when I said the last one. She told me that she helped the titans in the titan war and it was a mistake and as punishment she is to live on this island and the people that land there are people she can't help fall in love but always leave besides me because she sees me more as a brother.
The next day I walk up to Calypso "hey Calypso i am going to need to leave today." I say
"why do you need to go" she asks
"well first off Artemis will kill me when she finds out I'm gone again, and there is going to be another titan war" she chuckles when I give the first reason but then stares wide eyed when I say the second reason.
"oh and one more thing I think you've served your time when the war is over I am going to try and get you free" I say I look over and she has tears in her eyes before pulling me into a big hug
and muttering "thank you thank you thank you."
After that a raft came and I went back to camp to see them doing my funeral with artemis in the back-row so no one notices her. I walk next to her and ask "so whats going on over here." Artemis turns her head to see me just standing there.
She grabs my hand and flashes me away and flings me into a tree. "you idiot where were you I thought you were dead again" she yells at me saying again weakly and in the end she is close to tears. I walk over and hug her. She melts into the hug while sobbing.
"shhh its okay, I love you, I'm not going to leave you again." I whisper into her ear. After that she stops crying and we lay together and fall asleep next to each other.
We wake up in the morning after a couple minutes I tell her "I need to complete the quest Arty"
"I know" she sighs "just don't die please"
"don't worry i won't" I say i get up to leave but Artemis pulls me to her and kisses me before letting me go.
I walk into camp and they all look at me like I'm a ghost. "hi" I say awkwardly.
"Percy's back" everyone shouts before I get dog-piled.
After everyone gets off me Annabeth pulled me aside "we thought you were dead did you at least tell Artemis" she whisper shouts at me
"I came back yesterday and planned on crashing my own funeral but Artemis was there so I comforted her and I came back after." I say
"alright but where'd did you go?" she asks
"I went to Calypsos island." I reply
She nods and we go to the big house for the meeting. When we walk in everyone is in there and Chiron asks "what are you going to do next" me and Annabeth say at the same time
"we're going back in there"
"but we are going to need help where are Nico and Grover." I ask
"we don't know they never made it out" Annabeth says
I sigh knowing that they are going to question my sanity for this. "Annabeth remember the clearsighted mortal that knows of our world?" I ask
"you mean Racheal right" she says annoyed
"yeah she should be able to lead us through the maze" I say "how so" she says narrowing her eyes
"well the labyrinth uses the mist to manipulate us and change where we are going so a clearsighted mortal should fix that and according to the myth the princess that helped Theseus Ardiane had a better sight then most meaning clearsighted." I answer
"alright lets find her" Annabeth says while walking out.
